This store is like a 3 ringed circus! I placed an order in the drive thru, using the app which I always do at other locations and when I get to the window, the lady can not find my order. She rudely reads off other orders that aren’t mine and then proceeded to tell me that I will need to come in or drive back around. I tell her that I shouldn’t have to because they messed up. The employee rudely says that she didn’t mess up and again tells me that I have to drive around. I told her to cancel my order. After I drive off, I check my bank account and they charged my account, but I didn’t get any food. I then call the manager who offers to refund my money if I come in. I don’t wanna go in, hence why I used the drive thru. I have a small child in a car seat in the back. So I agree to come back later this afternoon. When I return to the store, the manager hesitantly takes my order again. After initially waiting 30 minutes to be waited on and an additional 15 to get my food, I finally have my order. The staff was rude and it was like they didn’t care about their customers.
Edit to my original review to 1 star. This McDonalds used to be the best & the only McDonalds I would go to. Not sure what happened, but this last time was awful. Food was left out of my order the last two times. Kitchen & whole staff were disorganized & the place was mess. Not short staffed there were plenty of workers just not doing their jobs. Lines backed up, angry customers, cold food. Do better McDonalds
Drive thru,, order cold asked for sweet tea,, got unsweet,unsweetened,, I won't visit Mcdonalds till they get the mcrib back in December,, everything tasted like cardboard paper,,,,yuck
drive thru is always slow, food is usually cold or not right. and today the lady taking orders (blonde) yelled at her team while we were at the window. she was complaining that customers weren’t having their money ready at the window. then we apologized for not having the money ready and she told us to keep going. really rude and customer service actually sucks. go to literally any other mcdonald’s or even a gas station like quicktrip, it will be faster and better customer service there.
THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN THIS LOCATION AND ANY OTHER MCDONALD'S LOCATION UNTIL THEY CAN GET SOME EMPLOYEES THAT WANTNTO WORK AMD NOT SERVE COLD AMD MOLDY FOOD. OBE TOME IS TO MANY BUT WHEN IT HAPPENS MULIPLES TIMES BAD REPUTATION ?
The last two times I came here the food wasn’t that bad. But prior I’ve had some seriously terrible times here. Morning shift isn’t that bad. But Jesus night shift will have you sitting in the drive through waiting for your food for 17 minutes AFTER you ordered. Which is bad. But I never had bad customer service. Everyone has been nice and normally compensates us when things go bad.
The past two times I’ve went they have been out of large cups, they have no salt for there fries and the people who works there are absolutely the rudest people I have met in my life. My boyfriend had also ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and ketchup only and they gave him a quarter pounder with only ketchup on it. Definitely will not be going back.
The inside is never open even during very busy hours, I've had incomplete orders, bad customer service, and they don't keep the tables in the fine in areas wipes down and clean as often as they should. They also make you walk through the drive thru to the window to pickup orders you places online
This McDonald’s has messed up my order the last several times I’ve went there. They have been out of large cups the last 2 times I’ve gone. The fries did not have salt on them the last few times I’ve went. I will not be going back to this McDonald’s. Some of the staff was also not very friendly.
They kept leaving stuff out of order had to go back and get my sweet tea they didn't give my sister sweet tea I didn't get my fries they need to put salt on the the french fries tasted like eggs it was not good they need to do a better job
