I got a breakfast for my boss and I got 2 strawberry and cream pies and sausage egg McMuffin. I'm so glad that they actually had them this time! Usually they are out. The split drive thru doesn't work well when one side has the lady who works fast and takes order better than the other because the other lane had 2 people go thru before someone took my order. Other than that, my last experience there was pretty good and fast. I didn't have to wait long to pay after finally ordering and they handed me the food fast at the food window. This was after the usual morning breakfast rush, so I think that's why it went a little faster.
This McDonald’s is a real piece of work. I will be contacting corporate as well. I sat in the drive-through line at McDonald’s and there are two drive-through‘s the drive-through I was in the lady was not talking on the speaker, The other drive through however took six customers who were behind me and still did not respond. When I pulled forward to place my order the lady got a attitude with me and told me I should be patient despite sitting there for 20 minutes and having several cars pass me. She then proceeds to tell me she will not take my order and I need to go back to the beginning of the line and when I tell her I will not she slams the window and gets the manager who had no problem taking my order at the window when she understood the situation because she listen to what I had to say rather than just telling me that it’s not their fault and I should start back over. The manager was nice the employee however is garbage. You will be lucky to get through this McDonald’s without an issue, I have been to several McDonald’s before I never once felt the need to leave a review because the service was bad until now. It is pitiful and I will update this review with corporate response when I get done talking to them.
Love my West Avenue McDonalds! The morning crew is excellent. I wish rude folks turning in off Douthit Ferry wouldn't break in the drive thru line, though ... they see cars waiting around the building but she jump right in front! The cones always get knocked down. McDonalds should consider the concrete posts like they have at gas station pumps! ?
Had a very strange experience at McDonald's this morning. All the lights were on employees were unloading a delivery truck, one was outside sweeping and cleaning up. Pulled up to the drive thru and no one ever answered. Pulled to the window and the employee stated that they were not serving food just cleaning for an inspection. That's good but next time can you please put signs or some form of notification up so customers are not wasting time.
Buns were stale on several burgers, fries cold, soft and bland, chicken nuggets were overcooked, one shamrock shake had a heavyyyyyy amount of the mint syrup, the sweet tea was unsweetened. Lol, Just a really bad experience.
Y’all sure are racking up on sales tonight but keeping most of the food. I watched cars in front of me get the wrong order. I get home and find that my order was missing food too. I panicked and didn’t check my bag bc the guy in front of me turned off his car in the middle of the parking lot and had to come to the window to get the rest of his missing food. Line was too long of a wait for me to go back out to get my missing items as well. There should be no excuse for reading the tickets and making sure the food is in there before handing it to the customer.. especially after you have that many mess ups..
This was so gross.. The fish patty was microwaved to the point where it is hard as a rock .. There was no toy in the happy meal , that needless to say didn’t get a great response from my granddaughter.. I have friends that have over 100 McDonald’s I have never thought twice about pulling into a McDonald’s ever.. I know first hand that employee!s are extremely hard to come by .. But there needs to be some accountability along the line there.. If your business is going to repel people because of food quality maybe put a car lot there … Now we get to backtrack all the way to Cartersville to get to a decent grocery store instead of just driving through for a quick bite to eat .. Oh ! I’m giving 1 star because the ‘plain’ sundae was on point .. yes . The cup of ice cream ..
It's McDonald's, with that being said, good food friendly service all at a decent price
So they decided to train someone during lunch time. The person that was being trained knew nothing about the reward codes. Didn’t know what line we were in. And 4 cars went by before she even tried to take our order. And we had to repeat it at least 3 times. The lady that takes the money had to fix our order. The guy that gave us the food didn’t pay attention that the order had been changed. And ignored me asking for ketchup. The manager came over and told us again they were training. Who trains during the busiest hours??? Raquel the manager didn’t seem to care that people were leaving the line or that they were honking behind us! I stop at McDonald’s every morning before work. But losing customers isn’t a worry for y’all! Your fast food is not fast at all. And not to mention everything was wrong as well. Even though we tried to fix our order with the woman that took our money!
You know what it is. Why are you reading a review? Home of the $0.99 heart attack, the double Mc Nasty and the You can't have one milkshake. Best cokes in the market though.
