Waited over an hour in the drive through line. And what a surprise no one even apologized for the wait like it’s just fine costumer service is a joke at the place. I understand that being understaffed may be a problem but as a business your customers should not have to wait at a drive through for over an hour. Not pleased with this martins. I Think in the future I will spend my money somewhere else.
I love Martin's as an establishment but this location really shocked me. The person taking my order was intentionally rude.I kindly asked her to confirm an item on my order and she replied back "didn't you hear me the first time"She just had a rough day I'm sure, but I hate others was served with this type of service.
I come here quite often and there’s usually a long line but it goes relatively quick and my order is Always correct but, I come there today and it’s way longer than usual and the girl that is taking orders for drive through was extremely rude and my order came out wrong and sloppy. That needs to be taken care of asap! Y’all should be ashamed for hiring trash to work that location. That girl needs to go!

After waiting in line for over an hour, I know that because my wife was timing me. I ordered two large hash browns, I paid for two large hash browns, the kitchen ticket said two large hash browns and I get home to no hash browns! Such a disappointment!!!!! The service has gone straight down hill. The food is still great if you can get what you ordered.
Food is ok but customer service is inconsistent. Sometimes you get a friendly face and voice but normally you get someone at the window who doesn't smile or even greet you. Very abrupt, I understand they stay busy but a smile or simple hello goes a long way.
Yes, it's cheap down home cookin' and yes, there's a line - around the building, through the next parking lot, and around the next building, too. The drive through takes about an hour on a Saturday morning. We went inside to order take out and it still took 34 minutes! There's a bench or two inside so there's only space for about 5-8 people total to dine-in. Good & greasy, just don't show up too hungry!
There's always a bit of a line in the drive-t, but that's just an indication of how good the biscuits are. They move people through pretty quickly and I've never had a wrong or messed up order. Crispy bacon!
Good Biscuit but be prepared to wait in line 30 mins or more!
Incredibly long wait, which did not appear to be from lack of employees. I mention this because they have a sign claiming labor shortages as the reason (which usually translates to "we don't offer a living or competitive wage").Food was okay. Fries were slightly undercooked. Won't be back to this location. Not worth it.
