Slow as hell I’m the 6th car in line & been waiting here for 20 minutes & still 6th person in line they take orders when they want & rude employees & rude assistant managers is non sense she told my uncle walk up window is closed he don’t have a vehicle so he walked thru the drive thru & she refused to take his order that’s BAD management!!

Went to martins on hwy 113 in cartersville on 3/25 22 well worth the out the service was so much better than the martins on hwy 41the one on 41 has gone to the dogs it needs some management at it. Well worth the drive out of my way.
Decent. But know what you want right away because you will feel rushed by the person taking the order. Somewhat rude or efficient not sure which one
They asked what we wanted multiple times after we had already said our order and when we hot our food forgot most of it. They also took very long to give us our food. There was also a very strong weed scent when we pulled up to the window.
My biscuits to my sandwich were soggy. I strongly disliked the coffee. it was my 1st time visiting, most certainly my last.
They've got the best biscuits you'll get unless you get your Grandma to make them!!The Steak Biscuits with a side of gravy my favorite!! Hmmm buddy.
Martin's used to be a place with good food, but they have gone down hill including their staff. Almost always gets the order wrong or missing. And it's not even young staff, they are older and should know better. A fast food job is not hard, you cook the food how people want and put it in the bag, you read it off of a screen not hard to do. But it seems they can't do that.
Best biscuits n gravy on the planet. There is a good reason traffic backs up onto the highway every morning. I highly recommend this place.
Waited in line for more than 20 minutes, tried for the first time chili dogs and onion rings. By far the worse lunch I've ever eaten.Better just to stick to biscuits.
