Every time we come into Los Arcos, our waiter, Ethan, tries to get us to order dessert. We usually decline dessert. Today, Ethan finally got us. Ethan is a great waiter, we always request him when we know he is working. He takes care of his customers and we appreciate him.
I know I can leave a review on DoorDash but I want to make sure you see this! Please don’t ever get rid of your Chicken soup! We drive for Quest and had food delivered to the yard. Our food arrived nice and hot but the soup!!! The servings were huge so I will get to enjoy it again tomorrow but hands DOWN just the yummiest! The chunky veggies and avocado! I’ve never had avocado in a soup. Oh, and is there like an entire chicken breast in there!? If you ever do get rid of it, can you please give my wife the recipe?!
Love the tacos and fajitas. Staff is very personable and service is great. Great atmosphere as well with indoor and outdoor seating.
Food was great. The salsa is very good.Service was excellent. The waitress was so observant, I never had to ask for refills on anything, she just brought things before I could even ask. So nice
I love coming here it has amazing costumer service and no bad food! Everything is great! It would have been 5 if I did not see this today. The table in front of us got their food after another table across from them left. The waiter had placed the tray with their food on it on the dirty table! I know this is not bad but still it's gross. I don't want my food on a table that still had food plates on it. We were lucky to not have it placed on a nasty table. Not only that but this was total not on the restaurant but be careful about the people around you. A man looked my sister up and down and gave her a look.
Everything was great! Super ❤️ any place that serves me salsa before the water even arrives. The service was top notch - very attentive, orders were exact, not a beat skipped! The street tacos were amazing, highly recommend!
My Wife has a favorite place. Which is amazing in it's self. We stop in about three times a month. She Absolutely cannot eat Wheat, flour in any shape form or quantity. So many places cook food and never think about food allergies and cross contamination that can put some folks in the hospital or worse.... My wife can eat hear knowing her food request is taken serious. The food is excellent. I eat here when she does and have never been dissatisfied. Always clean, friendly family like atmosphere. Take or dine in, we are always happy afterwards.
We found this restaurant by mistake and we are so glad we did. The food was fresh- the service was very friendly and quick. The prices were good. Everyone enjoyed - all three children had something they liked. The cheese dip was very good!!!! The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. Definitely family friendly. We will be back.
The waitress had on black gloves the whole time we was there. I observed him wiping down the counters, the drink machines, Cleaning floor , and taking people money debit cards and still kept the same pair gloves on while fixing drinks getting ice out the machine with the same gloves on . I was at the restaurant for about two hours and this one waitress had those same gloves on when I left . Never will go back that’s nasty and very unsanitary
I thought the food was good and they had great price points. I could eat chips as an entire meal, so, for those of you who are like me, I really enjoyed the salsa.
