So my son and i went here and we are seated. Hes a picky eater and i ask him does he want anything and he says no.. i tell the waitress im just gonna order to go and if i need to i can sit in the waiting area. She says no your fine and i ordered… she then starts bringing out the food but not in to go boxes, and i get my steak which was supposed to mw but its rare as ever. She sends it back and comes back still rare . I tell her just make it well done. I ask for to go boxes because it was supposed to be to go in the first place and im just upset overall about the whole ordeal. And heres my steak with burnt mushrooms b/c why not
You can’t go wrong with Longhorn. I’ve eaten at this location several times and have left satisfied. I enjoy their steaks, especially flo’s fillet (my favorite), but on occasion they have been a little bit bland or tough. Mostly, they come out just right. Recently, I’ve had their grilled chicken and strawberry salad with a side of broccoli. OMG! This was DELICIOUS!! The fruit was fresh and sweet, adding that special flavor to the salad. The chicken was tasty and the broccoli cooked perfectly. It filled me up without making me feel “stuffed.” I believe this will be my new favorite order. The service has always been good. Weekend nights can get busy, so be prepared for a wait or come another night.
Ordered a filet mignon which came out basically rare when I asked for a medium rare I sent it back and they sent me another one in a to go as I requested and did not realize till I got home that the cook must have been mad that I sent the first one back so they overcooked the other one too well done. I never do this but I called the manager that night left a message with a server and told her everything that happened the manager was supposed to call me back and never did. I will never go back there, so disgusted at the lack of customer service that they showed.
It took a while for the hostess to figure out the computer system and one of the benches at our table kept sliding out, BUT the food and service were excellent. The portions were huge - we took home 5 containers of leftovers between 2 people! I would definitely recommend them.
It was pretty good but the best part was the shrimp platter rather than the steak, I was also disappointed in the asparagus. It was super stiff and seemed almost uncooked. It tasted alright and the steak wasn't bad but I expected a little more for $15.
Our waitress Janet was amazing! Did not have to ask for anything. She kept our drinks filled with out asking. She has a great personality and always smiling. She treated all her customers with the same great service. The food was good also.
Compared to other locations, I have to say I was super happy with the flavour, size and quality of my meal. For the price, I would say a worthwhile visit. This longhorn recoverd my faith in the name. Delicious!
Our server had the best personality, I think her name was Tiffany. The food was awesome!
We ate here at 3:00 on Friday, 12/31/2021, & they were already on a 30 minute wait.We sat at the bar & ordered from there. The bar tender was super busy with getting things ready for her replacement for the night shift. The food was good.
Typically have a good to great experience. Today was terrible, just ordered burgers medium both were raw manager looked at them and said that was their standard for medium. He wanted to argue with us. Will take my business up the road to Texas roadhouse from now on.
