This store seems to be grossly understaffed. There is never anyone at the front counter. None of the employees in the back acknowledge your existence either. Myself and 5 other people were in there one evening for 15 mins trying to pick up or place an order before anyone came to the counter. And that person was trying to do the job of several people. Then what I assume was the manager and another employee came inside from smoking and she chastised the front counter person because we were waiting. Perhaps she should have been inside managing her people and giving direction. Lead by example.
Ordered a sausage & pepperoni pizza, a pepperoni pizza, & a brownie at 7pm. Was told 10 mins ...pull to front. At 745pm after waiting for what seemed like forever, I went inside the store asking for my order. STILL WAS NOT READY. I then asked for a refund. They were unable to process and gave me a receipt that read 'voided'. I then explained that void does not mean refund. Their Customer Service is absolutely HORRIBLE! 7:55p they refunded me cash (although I paid with a card) because they could not operate their system. Didnt even apologize for making me wait over an hourfor literally NOTHING. They honestly did not care. Omg...i'm getting angry all over again...UGH! Ended up getting my pizza from Pizza Hut. Jesus. smh
The Cartersville location dropped one of our pizzas on the floor and tried to give it to us as if nothing happened. Absolutely disgusting!
I waited 40 minutes to get my food and then they couldn't find it! I asked for a refund. once they figured out how to do it, the card reader said transaction cancelled but she said it went through on her side.This was on April 29th. It still hasn't gone through. I've called 5 times! none of the "managers" know how to help me. one girl got my name and number and said she was going to look up the transaction and call me back. I never heard back from her. when I called yesterday the manager gave me the general manager's phone number which I called and left a message with and still have not heard back from. the worst part of the whole situation is that not one person tried to fix it or make it right that day. no apologies nothing. I will never visit this location again and I hope that they find some employees that know what they're doing.
The only reason I'm even giving them one star is because the food is pretty decent. Service on the other hand is absolutely horrible!! Every time I come to the store I spend no less than 15 minutes sitting in the line that maybe has two or three cars including myself. The staff seem extremely confused they never have a hot and ready pizza to be ordered when you come in. There's times I've spent 5 minutes at the speaker before I could even get service! Several times I pulled up in the line to order and right there at the speaker and the menu board there has been trash piled up instead of being taken to the dumpster across the parking lot. The store itself always seems to be pretty clean it's just filled with chaos.
Couldn’t get pizza here. I called ahead and was told it would be 20 mins. I told them I would be there in about 45 mins and they said that was fine. I showed up in 45 mins and they didn’t have my pizza ready and said it would be another 30 mins. ?♀️
It's sad! At 19:00 hours placed the order online to be picked up at 19:45 through the drive thru. Gave ample time to get it done and ready. Left her at 19:35, and 7 mints to get there. When I arrived, still had to wait another 15 mints, it wasn't done nor ready.Then, the wings were spicy when I ordered non, sweet wings as the spicy give me heartburn.At 2:00 a.m. I'm suffering.

I get being busy but at least acknowledge our existence when we come to the speaker after sitting there for five minutes which followed sitting in the line for 10 minutes. We finally had to pull up and just order at the window. Then after waiting so long, we realized the line just wasn’t moving. We would have gone inside but we already spent 25 minutes on nonexistent service. I’m not expecting five stars but if you can’t even give the minimum service, I’m not going to waste my energy. I gave two stars instead of one because you could tell they were busy.
Love this place, but giving it three stars for a few reasons. Some of the staff are extremely rude. They pop off attitudes with customers and argue with you about the correct amount of change back. Not to mention the line stays backed up forever. I get being busy. But sitting in a 3 car long line for over 45 mins is ridiculous.
