no accommodations for drive thru considering the lobby isn't open
Store was out of several items and pre-ordering food on the app was unavailable even though there were 45+ minutes until close, but the very friendly service made up for a lot. MAlso, this visit was the first time I EVER received “fresh from the fryer” fries with my order. Although, I’m kind of disappointed because the bar was definitely raised.
Fast and friendly service even though they were short staffed! People please be patient and don't be rude to the workers when they are short staffed.They are doing their best to serve you.
Very slow dry through service. Took over 35 minutes to get three cars through at 9:25 - 9:56 pm at night. Very disappointed. Luckily the food was good, BUT will not be going back to THIS Location ?
It was good, though the drive-thru experience was very slow. Over 5 minutes per car. I haven't been to a Krystal in a few years, and nearly everything was exactly as I remembered. Just got a sackful and some fries. The burgers were warm and soft and steamy. What threw me for a loop we're those fries. They were battered! In, like, fish fry batter! It tasted like Long John Silver's. Don't get me wrong, they tasted pretty dang good. But they were definitely even worse for you than normal fries. The grease coated your mouth. I can't decide if I like them more or less than just regular natural-cut fries. But they were not bad at all.
Wow, this is my favorite place to eat I can't get enough of the Burgers and the fries were just as good.
Does higher up management really knows what's going on with the drive thru in Cartersville, ga they have got, to be kidding me with 20 min per car wait time. I couldn't make this up. The owner must not like to make money, obviously. Drive thru service should be ashamed of there self's to call this "fastfood". Your losing money "sir" if it was my business that would be concerning. Ridiculous. Come sit, at your restaurant just once, without your employees Knowing your here an good luck on getting your food hot or in a "fair" reasonable time..the worst fast service in this town. Hands down!! I'm sure other ppl agree.
Went to Krystals last night the worst experience ever. My wife and I got the 5 items for $6 we didn't get literally 3 of our items that were ordered and payed for, we waited like 25 minutes for our order at the window. When we got our order it was horrible the chicken sandwiches were cold and the burger sandwiches stale.
I pass this store everyday. the lights are on and posted hours are 6am. I see 2 people and a child inside.. it's between 630 and 7 at this point they don't answer drive thru and then when you go to window they wave you off and scream "NOT OPEN". I understand the difficulty staffing right now but if you can't get people change the posted hours and turn off the lights.
Very rude and unpleasant I was trying to do a delivery for GrubHub they refuse to help me they refuse to answer the phone when GrubHub called them and they just ignored me they were very rude to the customers. Walked in while I was in there by yelling at them and telling them only the drive-thru is open just a very nasty experience
