Service and quality has gone to h***. Ordered a meal through door dash. Said 1.5 hour ok. Door dash arrived and they still had to wait 30 min for the order to be prepared. Door dash stayed in contact with us. 2 hours our order is delivered. Calzone was cold. Missing mozzarella sticks and fries. Subs were dry and dried out from the oven missing the turkey from the ham and turkey subs.. tried calling them when I finally got through was put on hold then disconnected. Then they never answered the phone. The have gone down hill.
Slowest place ever! Changed the name on delivery service because so many drivers were declining their orders. They now also use the name Brooklyn Calzones or something. Instead of changing the name, just provide better service! Sad too because this really could be a good little pizza joint.
One star in order to share my opinion, but no stars. The restaurant itself stinks. I thought food establishments are supposed to smell like food.... The customer service is awful. A bunch of young females talking and spitting over the pizzas instead of getting the delivery drivers in and out. Personally I would never eat here or support this establishment. Between the smell and the service I don't see how others can. But then again terrible food and service is the norm now. Not for me ? I refuse!!
After 3 call's and being put on hold all 3 times for longer than 10 min. I was told on the 4th try that if I didn't like being on hold to hang up. So I did.The woman I spoke to stated that she did not know how to ring up orders. 5pm on a Friday you would think they would have someone taking orders. Can't comment on the food as we never got to order. This was going to be our first time trying this restaurant and now I will never know.
Members of the staff can be very disrespectful. Witnessed employees wearing house shoes with no socks on, wearing no hair nets and cussing at customers. Sadly was only there to deliver for Doordash and the unprofessionalism was astonishing. Not once did any member of management intervene in the issues. Had to wait for an order for more than 30 minutes to only walk in the store and not be greeted or told how much longer I would have to wait. I've been doing deliveries here prior to ever seeing these employees and received better service from only one person. This establishment further argued with another customer who witnessed the disrespect telling her not to comment on my behalf.
Worst place EVER!! My company ordered pizza for its employees. Orders were placed early today to be delivered this afternoon. Pizza FINALLY showed up at 8 PM. Pizza was cold and extremely unappetizing. Will never make the mistake again of giving my company Kings pizza as a reference.

I ordered for me and my fiancé and I’m in the car with our daughter while he go inside and pay for the order. My fiancé was gonna take something off the order cause we was short and the guy told him since he made it that he had to pay but not only he got to pay I made the order I had to come inside and pay for the order . He was rude and racist. I will never order from there again .
Bought $100 worth of wings & they looked like chicken nuggets & had a freezer burn taste. This was after waiting 2 hours for them & no one let us know there was no delivery driver. I called & complained & he was not fazed at all about the chicken nugget rip off he's selling. Go somewhere better such as, world of wings or city wings!
