Worth Waiting For ?Zion, the shift manger, at my local KFC in Cartersville, GA took the time to listen to me and my indecisiveness of what to order.When I asked her about the Chicken Pot Pie, she answered honestly by saying, "I really don't like pot pies, but ours is really good"!. And based on her honest answer, I not only decided to try the pot pie, but ordered the #6 too because of her kindness and patience. Needless to say, it was DELICIOUS! And well worth the 21 year wait lol.I also want to give a shout out to Blanche as well for her understanding on my inquiry regarding the wings. She to was very pleasant.Kindness goes a long way in these unprecedented times that we're in . Thank you !
Been in line for 15 minutes with no one helping the person at the drive thru. No management…Continued…. Paid for Big Box and got just a regular chicken sandwich meal.. no sides. So not only do they not handle interaction well, they don’t make sure order is correct before sending it out. Never get what I pay for here.
Ordered for a group of 20 people and they had the order ready in a jiffy! The manager, Ms. Blanche, did a great job making sure the order was correct and assisted in even getting it to my car. Thanks to the crew! Food was great and my co-workers were very satisfied. Great job!
We decided to go to this restaurant drive thru for lunch today. The cashier misheard what I wanted. Then another woman speaks through the mic and was rude. She lacked customer service skills. I wasn't rude to her but she sure was to me. I haven't been to this restaurant in a long time and more than likely it will be a long time before I return. It's bad experiences like this one that make me think twice.
No Pepsi, no tea, no honeymustard. Ordered 4 tenders, got 3. My wife ordered 3 piece box. Got 2 pieces. $20.39 and of course ne receipt to see what I was charged for
If I could give no stars I would. This location just sucks.I walked inside and was told they are drive thru only. So I went to pull through the drive thru and sat at the box for about 20 minutes (yes I was watching the clock). After getting a bit annoyed I started blaring the song Apple Bottom Jeans very loudly to get staff attention just for them to inform me they are closed.The two ladies sitting at a table chatting and laughing with their KFC shirts on could’ve told me they were closed when I walked in but no.I wasn’t directly rude to the staff but I am very disappointed in this, as it was nowhere near closing time. This was at 8:30 pm on a week night.
This location is trash! They close whenever they feel like it and when you can get an order they find some way to mess it up. I’m done!
I have bent over backwards before writing a bad review today was the fourth time in two months I have tried to get an 8 piece all white meat from them and the fourth time I'm told they don't have the chicken, after I just watched a full sheet pan of chicken get put up from the fryer. thats four sales they have lost from me. I wonder how many others were also turned away by this manager.when I asked for a phone number to corporate, or the franchise owner they refused to give me any information. To the owner the manager is making her life easy at the expense of your profits. Its sad when you cant buy chicken from kfc. If you would like to contact me, please do. Wow! Pitiful is an understatement for the customer service & food quality I received on 2/9/22 at this Cartersville location. I will not be back and I will definitely share this horrible experience with anyone.
This place always disappoints. Was going to order a 2 piece combo but as soon as I pulled up to the speaker I was informed it was a 25 min wait for all chicken. It's Sunday before 7 PM, not a car in sight and the chicken restaurant has no chicken ready. this place is as bad as Popeye's.
