was very clean place and fast service got out food fast and hot
I give this place two stars because the food is really delicious, breaded or naked the wings are good and so are the curly fries and tenders. However I wasn't to please about the customer service. It seemed very much like fair skinned people come first whenever everybody money spends the same. The wait was long for the food and this was an afternoon.
I'm giving three stars to this restaurant because the food was excellent however the wait staff was too busy trying to impress different tables with her attention rather than to wait on myself and my friend who was female. When I place my order rather than her go directly to place my order at the kiosk she waited on two other tables before she turned in my order as well as stood and chatted with the gentleman behind us I feel that she should have turned my order in and then came back and carried on a conversation with the person there
Service was good. But, it took 30 minutes to get an order of boneless wings. I finished my meal before my coworker even got his. And the fries were cold by that time. An apology was given by the bartender, but no discount or apology/visit from the manager was offered.
We came in on a Sunday afternoon without reservations as a group of about 20 kids and adults. We were greeted immediately and they put us in the back room. We only had to wait for a few minutes while they got the tables ready. As I said, there were about 20 of us (9U travel baseball team). Our server Neidra was excellent. We all had separate checks and she kept all of our orders/checks straight. She was very efficient and patient with our large group. Our drinks stayed full and our food came out nicely and correctly. I was one of the last ones in our group to leave. The manager was also very visible. We saw him several times. As we were walking out, Neidra came in and started bussing her own table. Just as an FYI, they do have a nice covered patio. It was too cold to sit outside but in warmer weather, would be nice to sit out on. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and would not hesitate to return when back in Cartersville.
Lacey is an excellent bartender and good conversationalist when she's not super busy.The lunch time cooks are spot on, the food comes out hot and fresh I usually have to wait a few to eat because you can see steam rising off of it. ?Always good food and service.
Been eating here for a few years semi regularly and service is hit or miss depending on the staff working that day. Have had some poor experiences, but the food is good and the good servers keep me coming back.
The food and service were decent. I do not really have anything negative to say. Not on my list of top places to eat, but not at the bottom of the list.
Terrible customer service. Our group was treated like we wasn't wanted there. Accused of bieng intoxicated when we hadn't had a drink. Original waitress had another waitress wait for us in which we had to put all our orders back in and at that point we decided to leave. We felt really discriminated against. I WILL NOT ever go back to Hooters in Cartersville.
So I was an out of town guest at this location: I felt the need to give a review bc the experience was Amazing.The bartender Alex, was incredible and one of the best bartenders ever! The atmosphere was awesome, the slice of cake was from heaven! Loved it-Not sure I will be back through town, but if I have the chance I will swing by this establishment!
