good hot fresh food but the wait time is just a little too long.
Took awhile to get my food...only drive through open...had to wait in the parking lot for my hamburger and fried
Hardee's is one of my favorite restaurants in Cartersville GA to eat breakfast. Good biscuits. Friendly service. Fast service. Every time I go to the store the workers are always working hard to complete the order. They are awesome❤️❤️❤️
The blonde with a ponytail that works drive-thru in the mornings is the rudest person I've ever had to deal with in customer service you couldn't get a word out to make your order cuz she was speaking or should I say screaming over you into the mic while you're in drive-thru while she was yelling at the other employees you could blatantly hear her cuss at them through the intercom. I hope to God that lady is not a manager cuz she is one of those people that does not need to be in that position. I would avoid this place in the morning at all cost cuz the morning manager is really out of her league on the job title she has.
All I wanted was a drink and the lady gave it to me for free! That's pretty awesome. The sofa fountain didn't have ice though so it was a trap...
Breakfast is always fresh and hot and when the young man is in the Window he is always nice he has a soft voice very soft spoken but always greet with hi good morning!!! However today he wasn’t in the window I guess this lady was a manager but she was very rude and short I said good morning she just looked at me as if I had said something ugly to her lol she took my card and shut the window came back gave me my food didn’t say anything and shut the window back and walked off ??♀️? guess she wasn’t having a good morning but please don’t put rude employees in the window not every customer will let it go like I did!!!
Immaculately clean, fresh hot food, polite and efficient staff. Hardee's seems to have the reputation for unhealthy food but both the breakfasts and lunch/dinners at this location are GREAT.Who goes to a fast food place to eat healthy anyway? This place is awesome.
Always fresh tenders, cook to order and always hot! So hot infact that the container melts! The burgers are just as good too! My only complaint is the pothole at the drive through window that looks 2 ft deep! I keep having to turn my car about 4ft away from the pay window and it is really annoying to pay and receive food like that. Hope they fix it soon! ?
Really nice guy in the drive thru. Very good burger. Fries were a bit cold tho...
Malisha was fantastic in the drive thru. That pothole, however, needs to be fixed ASAP! 5 stars if the pothole gets fixed.
