I will never patron this business again. The food was TINY, expensive and flies all over the place including a dead one laying on the counter where they hand your order to you. Awful awful awful !
*not recommended - skimpy sub sandwich!**The restaurant was open, clean & bright. The cashier helpful & patient with my order & I was unfamiliar with the menu / offerings. After ordering & pay, I waited for about 5min for my order which I retrieved from the preparer at the counter who didn't acknowledge my presence nor thank me.My sandwich, a large cold Italian, (which I ordered to be cold,) had very few of all ingredients and consisted mainly of thick sub bread. For the more expensive sub price, it's a very poor & disappointing value. As for quality of ingredients, there was si kittle, I could not tell. (Very thinly sliced mears, tomato, cheese, smatterings of lettuce.)*not recommended*

Great staff, clean as always and the food was absolutely delicious. We had special requests and they got everyone of them right. Definitely will be back
This is by far the nastiest Firehouse I’ve ever been to. Everything is coated in this nasty, sticky layer of whatever that’s been floating around in the air. The windows are fogged over with the same film. The chairs all have black buildup in the cracks of the seats and back. I ordered the Mac and cheese for a side and it was literally cold and water runny as if they took it out of the fridge. I wonder if this franchise owner is aware of the state of this place or really even cares. I just recently moved to Cartersville and this will definitely be on the list of restaurants not to return to.
Somewhat expensive but food was good
First time I've been there. Love the atmosphere. Had the small Cabo pork sandwich on white bread. Was just right. Delicious. Will be back!
Great food.I needed to know calorie,sugar,carb counts I was immediately helped being a diabetic it's important that a restaurant is there for you as a customer 5 stars!!!!
The Mrs and I grabbed a quick lunch with may daughter and her husband while they were in town .. service was friendly and fast but accuracy was sacrificed as my Steamer was supposed to be "fully loaded" even though I reminded the young lady taking the order right before I paid for the meal .. however, when I brought the sandwich back up to have the error corrected, a young man stepped right up and immediately took my sandwich and made it right and I appreciate it
The food was great, the only disappointment was they were out of the spicy mustard. But I was VERY PLEASED with my sandwich.
