The employees are really nice and professional.. I love their refresher drinks but they need to be a little more generous with the refresher. sometimes, it tastes a little watered down.
Not my favorite Dunkin. Could have just been a bad day but the serve who checked me out was kind but the woman making drinks and what not was rude and seemed grumpy.That’s not why I removed two stars. My ice smelled….weird. Very weird.The coffee itself seemed fine. My donuts were typical Dunkin but the place needed a bit of a clean and the ice smelling freaked me out.
The new mango pineapple drink is really good! I like getting a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I wish they'd spread it a little better.
This Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t pay there employees. We waited 6 weeks to get first pay check. Pam is extremely rude and isn’t a good manger. She’s was cussing and a racist. We have reached out to corporate and they said they have had ALOT of complaints with that Dunkin’ Donuts and management.
I reiterate the need for New Management that I see in a couple other post. They have something on the menu I literally saw two people order after I did that they no longer had. I know that that menu may come down from the franchisor but posting something up or letting the customer know ahead of time is the correct response; not responding with an attitude that it's no longer on the menu. The trash is over flooding on the outside of the building, while waiting for the food I am the only one in the store and they throw it on the counter and Mumble something for me only to realize 3 minutes later that my food was ready. Common courtesy and manners go a long way I would encourage the owners to hire people with those attributes, but hold no hope looking at the reviews that this will happen.
There are times where the order is made perfect, but the majority of the time the coffee is burnt and bitter or made incorrectly. The customer service is similar in that it's consistently inconsistent. It's either going to be an all around perfect experience, or it's miserable. With there being 30 Starbucks in a 5 mile radius of one another, it's truly on me for continuing to choose this Dunkin.
This needs to have a zero star rating because of management! The food and drink was made well, I went there at night and the workers were great, but management was AWFUL! I witnessed Pamala I think her name was, yelling at her workers in front of CUSTOMERS for them not having good work ethic which was unnecessary because they are teenagers and there was two maybe three of them running the store. The girls working were so sweet, and I wish management would get better. This is ridiculous.
They had my order ready and was so nice. The area was clean staff was attentive.
Ordered 2 doughnuts and 2 medium chocolate shakes, total was $18. The shakes were bitter as all get out and just about all milk. They weren't even a little thick. The doughnuts were good but next time I will just go next door to Wendy's and get a frosty at half the cost and it will taste so much better.
Has a 100% health rating which I love and my order is always right. Didn't give 5 stars because when I go in there after 7pm they won't serve me any hot drinks except for regular coffee, so no lattes, espresso or cappuccino. I have told the manager on day shift about this but the problem has still not been corrected.
