I worked here for years, so when my order got cancelled last night because they “only had 2 drivers” I know that that’s how many you have every Thursday night at 11:15. That’s how many you close with. I was testing the waters to see if it was still as good as It was when I worked there to place a big order for my sons birthday but I’m glad I DIDNT do that. Probably would’ve cancelled it too.
Cartersville, Joe Frank Harris Pkwy (hwy 41) location. They cook everything perfectly here, even if they maybe put onions in your pasta you requested no onions in or give you the cheesy white sauce for your Jesus-fish shaped bread twists (I highly approve of this formation, God bless y'all) when you ask for cheesy marinara. That's why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. Staff is friendly. Food made immediately upon placing order.
Their customer service sucks. We’re in a newly developed community have been told consently that they do not deliver to our sub division but yet we constantly see dominos delivery drivers come through here every week. And the people who answer the phones do not even try to help us
Not my only problem with this location. This time my Buffalo wings came with no sauce at all. I understand if they were out of sauce but why wouldn't they contact me to substitute? Everytime I've ordered wings from here my wings seem to have less and less sauce, a topping is missing on my pizza or looks as if it was added after it should have been cooked. Once we didn't get our order till 2 hours after ordering with no phone call for the delay. After trying to call the store there was no answer. I understand if they are busy, I understand if they are out of certain items however this is getting ridiculous. There's multiple complaints about this location too.
I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich extra meat and garlic Parmesan wings extra crispy. Neather was done and when I called to complain The so-called managerThat answer the phoneTold me he made it himself And it wasExtra meat on it but they will replace it and at least I get a fee sandwich. The nerve of his rude disrespectful a** with his and his hidden insults. Horrible service
This location is falling apart. Delivery is always a nightmare. Each time they deliver to the wrong address and ends up cold, so we’ve learned to just pick up now.Tonight we ordered the garlic knots with cheesy sauce. The “knots” were legit FLAT. Like come on now. Who wants garlic knots that aren’t fluffy? Oh and the pizza was barely cut and so uneven. Get it together.
Called for a pick up, I could barely hear the girl on the phone due to how loud the background noise was. She was incredibly rude over the phone, quoted me a different price than what my card was charged ($20 difference.) Called back and 2nd person I spoke to was incredibly rude and said there was nothing that could be done because the payment was already processed. When I asked why the 20% discount advertised on the phone holding commerical was not applied, she said you have to ASK for this promotion. Really? I have never paid this much for 3 pizzas at this location just to get them home cold, greasy to where the toppings are falling off and wrong toppings. Never again.Update: Still have not been contacted by corporate office.
Last three times I have ordered here they have not put the toppings on the pizza requested. First time they didn’t have ham on the pizza, second time they didn’t give me my 2-liter of Dr. Pepper and didn’t put onions on either of the pizzas, and third time now that I’m writing this review no mushrooms on the pizza when I even asked for extra… can’t get the store to answer the phone tried that and waited 35 minutes before I decided to hang up. Can’t reached corporate either! Really disappointed I deserve my money back for all of these mess ups!
My order was cancelled. I did not get my 1st Surprise Freebee and i am verrrrrrrrry disappointed and hungry. I think the manager could've brought my order. However, they chose to cancel me out cos muh order came in late..EVEN AFTER THE NOTICE SAID WE WILL DELIVER YOUR ORDER IF IT COMES IN AT 12PM.. So now um shawt 40 acres and uh mule ANDDDD TWENTY WANGZZZZ!!!!
I ordered pizza at 513pm and was notified it may take up to 42 to 50 minutes to be delivered. Notified by tracker that pizza's were out of the oven and being "quality checked" at 527pm.Pizza was delivered at 636pm which means it has been out of the oven for 83 minutes. So I was not surprised when it arrived cold. It's rare I need to put "fresh" just delivered pizza in the microwave so it's suitably warm/ hot to eat.Also, I did not complain to the delivery person but he told me how very busy he was and had been working "since 11". I am quite disappointed.
