I understand the lack of employees but I have come to the conclusion that drive through only has become much more about cost savings even though prices have gone up matching the ridiculous rate of inflation. Places like DQ cater to families and children in particular but in spite of increased prices, there is no longer access to a place to sit with kids to eat and the car isn't an option. There is no place for anyone to wash hands before or after and worst if all, no bathroom access. An outside place to sit is not made available period. Restrooms could be accessible without opening lobbies but, managers have found an exponentially fantastic way to save money and blame the lack of employees they don't even need anymore. I have stopped soliciting these Restaraunt with this place being the last. Bored employees are playing games since service is no longer a part of the meals. Other Restaraunt close parts of the Restaraunt so as to only have open what can be managed with lesser employees. I will wait longer, I will pay more. I don't go out to eat only to have to leave our food half way through a meal so that the kids I serve can go to a restroom.
Took my fiance there today around 5:30 for a cold treat on this 1st warm day in months.. (3-5-22) she got the the large red velvet cake blizzard (blizzard of the month)...it's 10 pm and she's still "hugging the Porcelain throne" ... so sick... I had to post this to warn any & everyone else!! From the other comments and Our numerous experiences, I'd warn anyone to STAY TF AWAY from this location!! These people absolutely does not care about fresh food nor it's customers! And before you guys even reply I'll go ahead and tell you.. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS POISONOUS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!! The Health Department should get involved!
If I could give 0 starts I would. On March 5th 2022 me and fiance went to this location in cartesville ga for some blizzards. I got the blizzard of the month red velvet cake and I will NEVER go back to this location again. After 4 hours of projectile vomiting from food poisoning I NEVER want another blizzard or ice cream unless it is bought from the grocery store. Bartow county health department needs to go there and fail them. Worst experience of my life. I was once told by a former employee of theirs that they serve rotten milk in all of their ice cream and blizzard products. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SICK
One star because dining room is closed. Stop blaming Covid on the reason why you don't want to pay employees and keep the help around.

I love dairy queen! they got my order wrong, I think, and I still loved it. I couldnt really tell if they got my order right or wrong because it was dark outside, but it still tastes pretty good and the receipt was correct. anyways, I love dairy queen and I will keep coming back!
The is the very best Dairy Queen. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The keep the line moving so the wait is not to long.
