Leaving review for the food truck at cartersville food truck park. We got the Cherry smoked pulled pork sandwiches. Hardly any sauce on sandwich and pretty dry along with all the gristle and a 2 thumb size piece of bone in one sandwich. Great concept and presents well however my experience was disappointing. Staff was friendly but for $35 we will go down the road next time.
I wish I could leave a glowing review but I can't I'm afraid. I gave 4 stars because the food is very good. However this is the second time I have had to wait before I could give my order while one guy worked to fill orders, the order taker did nothing. This is also the second time I've not been able to get what I want because it wasn't available. I can understand selling out of something, but to not bring something. Tasty food but I'm giving up on these guys. Several people left the line and went elsewhere, because of the wait
Food is good; however, the last 2 times at the food truck park they didn't have enough help and have been out of items (even early in the day) with no notations on menu board.. very little interaction from the staff..
Just had the pulled pork sandwich and it was so moist, melt in your mouth delicious! The sauce complemented but did not overpower the pork. My husband had the brisket sandwich and it too was delicious. we had the baked beans and the mac&cheese. All very very good. Best BBQ I've had in Cartersville!
We just had our company party here. Myah was adorable and so accommodating. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful. We will be back! Jane Swanson * Signs & More, Inc
Hard to believe the FABULOUS food that comes out of this good looking food truck! killer brisket, smoked Mac'n cheese just to mention a couple. Fun, easy to get to location!
Tried the food truck at the A. Dam Food Truck Park and words cannot describe how delicious our meal was. My son and I split the brisket plate with mac n cheese and collards. The brisket was melt in your mouth delicious, mac n cheese was so creamy and stringy good and the collards were the best I have had!!! Topped all that off with the Krispy Kreme bread pudding that was simply put amazing!!! Check them out!!!!
The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, and most importantly delicious. It’s hard to pick our favorite dish from the Thanksgiving spread, it was all so good. Chef Zac is doing something special here so don’t sleep on this place. 10/10
Absolutely fantastic! Zach’s food is ridiculously good! So happy to have him cater lunch for us at Hennessy Porsche.
We recently had Chef Zac cater out “Friendsgiving” and all I can say is WOW! The smoked turkey was the best I have ever had and the brisket deviled eggs were a show stopper! We also had the white cheddar mashed potatoes and dressing- both amazing as well. The entire group was blown away by how delicious this Thanksgiving meal was! I highly recommend, it’s worth every penny!
