great food and service. will go back.

The food is always hot and delicious. However I will not be coming back because I witnessed two ladies come in after my fiance and I and they were greeted and served drinks, as well as getting there order taken while we sat there waiting on a Waiter for over 16 minutes after we sat down. Unacceptable! Everybody money spend the same. The lack of attention shown to us made my fiance really upset.

Wife and I came here at 10:15am today (Saturday June 4, 2022); they were busy but the wait was only 15 minutes or so.Staff was very pleasant, but once we were seated it took about another 15 minutes for our waitress. I'm not complaining about the waitress she was friendly and professional. We ordered coffee and water to start and placed our order since we knew what we wanted. Our coffee was brought out, and it had chocolate or something all over the outside. We decided to leave. I understand mistakes happen but if we're brought a VERY OBVIOUSLY dirty coffee cup I can only imagine the rest of our meal.1 star for experience plus 1 for the staff. Can't give more than that. Unsatisfactory.

Stopped by for lunch over the weekend. We were promptly seated shortly after arrival. Server was fantastic. Our glass was never empty! As the server went to put my plate on the table, she commented there was something incorrect with it and they had put hash-brown casserole instead of turnip greens on my plate. She quickly made the brought a serving out and all was good. Note I ordered grilled chicken, greens and mashed potatoes; husband ordered sugar cured ham, hash-brown casserole and beans. Generous servings (we didn't eat all of it); Restaurant was clean; Ladies restroom was clean. We paid and went on our way. We love Cracker Barrel!

We don't go to Cracker Barrel's much anymore just because there aren't many near us, but we found this one when traveling back from Florida.Let me just start by saying the store was well stocked and had many nice summer gift options. It was clean and we'll taken care of.The food was pretty good. Our biscuits were cold and we might of had a new waitress (she might have been really tired, but was really trying). The mac and cheese was awesome, the chicken and dumplings were delicious, and the must have of the day is the Georgia peach tea. Yum and a must have! What I noticed most about this location was a person who was in charge. He is African American and you can tell this man has leadership SKILLS!!! He was helping out the staff, seating people, talking TO the employees and teaching them. You could tell they were listening to him and you could tell he really cares about what he's doing. When we left, I didn't see him, but let me just say when I saw him and everything he was doing, it made me really proud to have chose this restaurant. If he's not a manager already, he needs to be!!!! He's a natural leader and teacher. If you are in the area here, please stop in, you will love it, even if you have to wait a few minutes to be seated. We highly recommend dining here. Oh, and they still have the checkers game and rocking chairs. You will forget you're there for dinner. ?

Always a friendly staff and wonderful food. I couldn’t be happier every time.

Just left after waiting an HOUR AND A HALF for a party of 2. Our waitress was nasty, she talked over our drinks and I watched something fly out of her mouth. Her whole section was not clean. We actually found a water behind the drink/dessert menu... so that tells you they don't clean. She came out and said "I'm sorry it's taking so long. I don't even know what to say at this point." So we just got up and left. Not sure what the issue was, but this was the absolute worst restaurant experience I've ever had.

Kirsten, and the two young ladies that were cashiering. Christen & Bree were wonderful & delightful people I had the pleasure of encountering at Cracker Barrell. They brightened my visit. I hope I got their names right. Thanks Ladies.

Great service!Hospitality at its finest!!Right next to the interstate.Large, succulent, savory dishes abound.Thou-shalt-not go hungry!!!

My recent vists have been excellent. Not a big fan of their French toast but that's a personal preference. They're honestly the only place that the cooks can make eggs over light when I can't make them myself.I'll revisit again and again I'm sure.
