Great place, very friendly and great ice-cream! If you are near by take my word for it, "you will want to stop by for a treat"!
Place is awsome. The tiniest building with loads of options plus a drive through and outdoor space to eat. Ice cream was great.
The ice cream was great! It really is the best in town. The scoop portions, however, are very small for the price. Also, if they are so busy as they usually are, more staff would be worth the extra labor cost.I'm definitely coming back because it's really good ice cream ?!
We stopped by here on our way back from North Georgia. Even though it is 25 miles from our home, my wife and I have joked about driving there just for the ice cream. It was that good. In particular, we loved the Death by Chocolate sundae. The hot fudge in it was unlike any other fudge we've tasted. Is it homemade? It certainly seemed like it.
This place…I will drive 35 minutes one way, passing other ice cream places to get one from Coconuts!!! The Black Cherry ?, one scoop in a waffle cone is so yummy; I crave it everyday! It reminds me of home, of my mom & oh how I miss her! Thank you Coconuts for not only creating amazing ice cream ? but also for giving me memories, bitter sweet ones of my mom every time I stop by.
Loved my Pina Colada with Strawberry shaved ice. Did not mind the wait. There was a line for the drive thru and a line for the walk up window. Neither moved too slow. Will certainly visit this local establishment the next time we are in town!!!!
Great ice cream flavor selection. Everything my family has tried we liked. Friendly service too!
We waited in line 30 minutes to order a turtle sundae and an almond joy sundae, which was $13. A small child, about 8 or 9 years of age handed us a "turtle" sundae with almonds and vanilla icecream instead of pecans. When a teenager came with another turtle sundae, we told her the mixup, and she argued with us, telling us the little boy gave us the almond joy sundae. My husband handed me the almond joy sundae and drove off, believing her. The almond joy sundae was not made with coconut icecream, so it wasn't an almond joy sundae. The line was too long to take it back, so we drove back to Rome very disappointed. I previously left a 1 star review, and the owner graciously texted me, desiring to improve my experience. I edited my rating to be less severe. I'm disappointed because their coconut ice cream is so good. I hated not getting to enjoy it, but it's obvious they care.
Great ice cream selection, as well as assorted ice cream desserts. Friendly workers. Good prices. Clearly a community focused place.
Offers both a drive through and walk-up. We did both over a three-day stay and got great, fast, friendly service both times. Sampled multiple different flavors and never had a bad one. Judging from the line in the drive-through, this is a very popular spot, and it should be. Exactly the type of local ice cream store Cartersville should have and well worth a stop.
