HORRIBLE customer service. Owners really need to listen to how their customers are treated by phone. Ladies who answer the phone are extremely rude, and short with customers. Not once, but every time we call. You're lucky to get your order placed, if they dont hang up before. Going in to pick up your placed order is a no different experience. Usually 3-5 just standing there, chatting with each other, and barely taking time to acknowledge you. Absolutely ZERO customer service skills.We have eaten here, as to go, several times a month for years. After their latest round of rudeness; by phone, we will NEVER be back!We have always tipped 25% (to go orders) and been very polite. We were very polite when we called to let them know our order was wrong. However; she started arguing with me, and then hung up. Wish you the best in business, but sincerely hope an owner reads this and improves this situation. Done.
I have had the pleasure of getting great food and service from this restaurant several times but after having no sauce on my wings and a roach come out of my fries. Speaking with the Manager, Jose, and one of his employees that said good luck I will never eat their food again. It is unsanitary and the order wasn’t correct. I was told to dispute with my bank. Throwing the food in the trash outside now. I don’t like bugs in my house. I’m also reporting to the BBB and the DPH.
Food poisoning warning!! Three of my family members, as well as myself got food poisoning following these wings. Which, took 35+ minutes to make with a more than half empty restaurant. Anyone is much better off just getting a bag of tenders from the grocery store and putting hot sauce on them.
My husband and I ordered cheeseburgers fries and onion rings well when our order was delivered we only got our cheeseburgers. I called the restaurant and told them we were missing our fries and onion rings. so they said we will get those delivered but after the guy delivers everyone else.So by the time we get our fries and onion rings.our cheeseburgers will be cold.

I’m severely disappointed in this place.. love their wings and husband and I wanted to try to dine in. We were completely ignored walking in, except by the chips/salsa guy. The waitresses were going back and forth and didn’t even look at us. I get that staff is short since the pandemic, but they were blatantly ignoring us and took others order that came in before. I’m very disappointed and won’t be ordering even take out from them anymore..
Food was excellent and the margaritas were as well. I failed to catch my servers name but she was a very sweet lady and attentive. When she was busy another server would check in on me. I'm sure I'll be back. :)

Very poor customer service!!!! . The younger girls who takes the calls need to be trained in using proper manners when dealing with customers. They are bad for business. I called to order some wings at 3:58PM and my address and phone number was asked for. I called back to ask about the order and was told my order was for pickup. The price quoted in the initial phone call to place said order included delivery fees. When I called the young girl that answered the phone she offered no apologies and was extremely rude. It is now 7:02 PM several more calls later and food still not delivered. Management needs to provide proper customer service training.. This is unacceptable, veryDisappointing experience! The delivery driver was thoughtful understanding and kind.
