I am vegan. I enjoyed their plant based meal with tofu and the rest with pinto beans, salsa etc. Very tasty. Loved it!! Great chips too.
Fullest bowls we’ve ever gotten! Hot and fresh! Mine was crazy spicy though. I can’t figure out which meat isn’t spicy… I thought barbacoa was my safe place, but tonight it was flaming! My tummy hurt after a few bites. Had to wrap the rest up for another day.
My wife is a vegetarian and we were very disappointed when we were told by the staff that this location was out of Sofritas and the new Plant-based Chorizo .. which means that she was unable to get anything to eat. We would have left but my son and gf ordered first so we felt obligated to pay for their dinners and my wife had to eat ramen noodles instead
I normally don’t post reviews. But this really ticked me off. When I ask for a “kids cup of fruit,” it was one mandarin orange in a Togo ramekin. Also, why would you put SPICY CHICKEN on a kids plate. I didn’t specify “spicy,” and I feel as if it should be basic knowledge to know not to give children spicy food unless specified. ALSO there was so much sour cream and guacamole in my bowl that I couldn’t even eat it. It was a sloppy mess. Overall very disappointing.
I got to chipotle at least once a week and it’s always a pleasure to go there! The food is always good. Kevin and Owen are so nice! I definitely recommend this location! The burritos are amazing! Thanks guys!!!:)
Turned me away when trying to use a Chipolte gift card that I was given for Christmas because their computers were down. They said it was cash only. Not cool considering they already have my money. I asked if I could just give them the card and have them run it when the computer come back up and they said no. The customer service was non existent. And I was so looking forward to the meal to because I had not eaten all day. I left hungry because I had no cash.
They are amazing. I told them it was my first time there. They explain to us how it assembled and choices. He recommended the bowl cause you can see what you are eating. Food was delicious. Highly recommend.
I have had nothing but WONDERFUL food experiences here at our new Cartersville location!!! The staff are ever so friendly and do all they can to help & the location is clean as a whistle. I ordered an almost $200 order for my job on Thursday and everything was prepared expediently with accuracy! I just went back tonight for dinner because I had to double back! I 10/10 recommend ?
The meat was cooked well but the queso blanco tasted more like a philly cheesesteak type cheese, the lime tortilla chips tasted overly salted and bit stale, and the hot sauce was cold and chilled the entire meal. Both rice options had cilantro and lime in them, and unfortunately I'm someone who has the "cilantro tastes like soap" gene. I wish there had been a plain rice option.The employees were very nice, however, and that's why the rating is 2 stars and not 1. Definitely a white girl's version of Mexican fast food, much like pumpkin spice, and not very good.
