In line today ordering breakfast 2 teenagers in front of me let the cashier know that they had dropped their drink from the drive-thru and were hoping to get a new one.. the cashier added if it spilled into the guys car and he said yes, so the cashier said "Ah man. If it spilled in your car then I'll give you a large. Sorry yall had to come all the way inside. You know what, you deserve a brownie or a cookie too, which can I get you?"The employee didn't have to do that. It wasn't his fault that the guy spilled his drink, but he wanted to make sure that it didn't ruin his day. That was so awesome to see.So even though they ran out of biscuits after I ordered and I didn't get what I wanted, I'm still 100% satisfied with my experience. Thanks Chick-fil-A, you rock.
I drove through and ordered some food from this restaurant on 2/26/2022. We were in a hurry on our way to Atlanta, so we did not eat the food on the premise. When we opened the package on the car while driving, we noticed that all the food breads and fries liked having gone through the water. There was not single whole piece of fries, looked like they were dumping the bottom the crumbles in the tray to us. Furthermore, the grilled chicken was not cooked at all. We ordered Chick fila almost a hundred times a year, and this was the worst food experiece ever for ever. I submitted a complaint on the company website, and the company forwarded my comments to the restaurant. They had never contacted me.
what is it with this location lately? every time I order 2 salads and ask for 4 dressings I get two. Every time I order a large fry I get a medium in a large container. Today was the 5th or 6th order in a row that's been like this. Always at night, do better!!
Worst service I've ever had at a chicfila! They put in wrong order and charged us extra. I brought to their attention and was told "oh my bad!!!".... I was like uhhh I shouldn't have to pay for this... She shrugged and walked off. Absolutely absurd. The "team lead" I think it said didn't care either she just asked her what happened and told her what she did wrong but still no one offered to make it right. Was only a few dollars but it was the principal of it!
Probably the worst CFA experience ever. The young guy taking orders was being very rude to a coworker who was told to make the drink orders. He said he didn't want her making his drink orders and was very snarky to her. He was so busy complaining about her making the customer in front of us drinks that he missed half our order and we had to repeat it 3 times because he wouldn't shut up to listen. He then made our drinks and didn't get the lids on well on 2 of them. Half the fries in my box were undercooked and mushy and the others were overcooked, dry and hard.
I waited at the drive thru for 20 min for 12 chicken biscuits. Finally had to go inside and ask for my money back. They told me they were waiting on fresh biscuits, I feel bad for the people who got stale ones. She then proceeded to try and not give me all my money back by short changing me 5 bucks. Talked to a higher up manager and she said yea well that is how we do it. Worst ownership ever!!!
This location is always pleasant. I may get a glimpse or three but not from the staff. Either way I'm there for meal and great customer service. Thank you Chick-fil-A
How could someone not give chick fil a 5 stars? It's wonderful. I ordered the 30 piece nuggets for me and a friend and they had it all ready right away! They said my pleasure and everyone was happy and smiling. I will always love chick fil a because of their happy smile!
Worse chickfila ever!!!!! I would rather starve than ordering from here again! Our order Saturday was 1 sandwich short, the fries were old and half empty and we got the wrong drinks. Even McDonalds don’t mess up this bad. Will never return, and will tell all my family and friends about my awful experience so they think twice before going to waste their money in this horrible location.
Loved it great place they forgot our pickles and my waffle fries was crumbs but love the food though good price
