In having bojangles in the past I finally went on and purchased a 8 piece meal, in a box! took it home for my wife and I enjoy...well worth getting! Fresh tasting, good flavor will be going back!
Go to this one since it’s right around the corner from home. I must say Janell is the sweetest person there . Had to find out her schedule today will only go when she’s working. Keep her and I will continue being a loyal customer.
Bojangles have good food most of the time but some times the line for drive thru is just ridiculous long but I guess that great for them cause it just goes to show what I first said.. BOJANGLES HAS SOME REALLY GOOD FOOD ESPECIALLY THE CHICKEN AN SLAW .. DELICIOUS.!!
“THE GHETTO” is one way to describe this business , poor customer service I wasn’t greeted at the window. I specifically requested barbecue sauce and was given honey mustard. Wasted my money and could not enjoy my meal. I am highly disappointed in the quality service I received.
The cashier wasn't very friendly nor professional. The food was awesome though and cooked perfectly!
This location is the worse ever ?It's always something wrong!! With dinners they always forget the biscuits, sometimes cold old chicken,, I've never had fresh fries, the bo rounds I ordered today was over greasy The Bojangles on Main St is better!! They need to shut this place down before someone gets sick!!!
I was supposed to get a Bo sandwich but they give me chicken that goes on a biscuit small chicken and put it on the sandwich. That’s not what I ordered ordered. I’m more than likely will not come back to this place

I have went 3 times in the past 2 weeks. I always order the same thing a chicken sandwich with a med fry with extra seasoning and everything fresh and all 3 times the fries were cold with no seasoning. Just now went and the lady that answered the drive thru wouldn't even let me finish my order before telling me my total. Will not go back to this location. Very rude and lazy employees
DO NOT RUSH ME when I am ordering. I finished telling the cashier what I wanted as far as food, and the proceeded to tell her what I wanted for my sauces. Before I could finish I was given my total. I thought to myself I will just finish telling her at the window. When I finally got my food I again proceeded to ask for the sauce I attempted to ask for earlier. I was told it would be an extra 50 cents for the Bo sauce I wanted and I was only given one for "free". I wanted 3 and would have paid for it but THEY SHOULD HAVE HEARD ME OUT WHEN I WAS GIVING MY INITIANL ORDER. The part that ticked me off was the lady in the back made a snippy remark after I requested more, saying "I already gave one for free". Well mam, if I wasn't cut off at the drive thru box you would have had a chance to hear how much I wanted and charged me for it then.Long story short. Customer service is key. Please don't do this again or I will make a bigger scene in person.
