Showed up at 10:30 p.m. to play. The posted time says open til midnight. The bartender informed me that he would be closing at 11 because it is "slow". There were 8 patrons in there plus me. As I was leaving, two more people showed up and they also were turned away. Then a few more minutes later a group of four showed up that he turned away. WHAT THE HECK!!! That's laziness on a level I haven't seen in a long time. He turned away 7 patrons in order to leave early because it was slow. Stop turning away paying customers, and it won't be slow!!!!
Visiting from the UK, had a great day at Archer's. So cool to meet Johnny and Rodney - really nice guys running an excellent bar and pool hall. The food is so good, like seriously good. Plenty of tables, clean throughout and good service too. Can't wait to drop by again next year.

Archer's has brand new 7' and 9' Brunswick Tour Edition pool tables, if you know anything about pool, you know these tables play GREAT, like driving on a smooth stretch of highway. The afternoon I was there, Rodney Morris was on hand, being his jovial self, and sharing his wisdom of the game with everyone in the room. If you are from the area, or just traveling down I-75 in northern Georgia, you have to stop in and check this place out, you won't be disapointed!
This place has delicious food, cold beer, fun games and all around good vibe!
