The food was pretty good . The only problem I had was they couldn't send the order out at one time which wasn't that bad but the way the one had cashier maybe manager was talking to the one cleaning guy was kind of very disrespectful and degrading. Kind of made me feel sad for the guy. But the food was good and the guy cleaning was cleaning his little butt off so it's pretty clean
they are illiterate and cannot seem to grasp the concept of putting arbys, horsey or bronco berry sauce in the bag on a door dash order. quit paying these employees to constantly screw up orders. this happens every.. single.. time. not once have my husband and I had any sauce in the bag.. even when we go here through the drive thru, we still have to ask for it they don't ask us. terrible. close this place down because no one can read a freaking order. it's not rocket science, beyond me that people can screw up food orders... thats why the work in fast food. no surprise. (I am the wife writing this out)
This place always gives me good service. Every once in awhile they forget a sauce.
They were very fast and accurate. Most of all my small children had to go to the bathroom and even though the inside wasn't open they let them in. Very nice on a long trip to have understanding people.
Ordered when it wasn't busy and I didn't receive my complete order. No receipt so I can't contact the store with all the information. It would be nice to receive a complete order while in the drive through, especially when the store is not busy. We were taking lunch to a friend and one of us ended up hungry because of store failure to fulfill the complete order.
We had a mistake on our order, but didn't notice until we arrives home. Called in to inform them. The manager called us personally the next day and made it right. Excellent customer service and delicious food!

I will never go to this Arbys ever again!!! The girl at the window was very rude to me and snatched my card out of my hand when I went to the window and paid. Plus on top of that my food was COLD and the sandwich was NASTYY! This is the worst Arbys I’ve ever been to and I will never come back
The order was taken correctly and the food was fresh and good. Staff were friendly and efficient.
The food is good in terms of fast food, the employees seem friendly enough, but we drove fifteen miles for the mint chocolate (the second day it was released) and they’re out of stock. I wouldn’t be so annoyed if this didn’t happen every single time we came. Might as well be McDonalds at this point.
