Me and my stopped and got sandwich and they was a long blonde hair on mine. I couldn't now of it. My stomach flips. I want eat there again.
There’s nothing I love more than being so busy during the work day that I miss lunch, getting those hunger headaches, having several things to do immediately after work so still not getting a chance to eat, just to order food somewhere and have them mess up the order. I say fast food employees should lose a dollar an hour every year instead of gaining one, until they learn how to read. Worst part is, I didn’t even customize the sandwiches and somehow they still managed to F up the order.
Wanted a couple of arbys beef and cheddar sandwich 's and a medium vanilla milkshake..and requested no whip cream...she asked me 3 times ...the milkshake had whipped cream...she said she didn't hear me...and said she could take it off...i told her if she could or it would be ok...she was trying when this blonde manager. Opened the drive though and said ...sir we serve all our milkshakes with whipped cream ...unless you tell us you don't want it...then I had to tell her that I told her 3 times...she gave me my food and I went on my way ..i got on interstate and starter getting my sandwich out and realized I didn't have any arbys sause...sure I was peeved. ...
Just went thru the drive through in Emerson and was very disappointed with the service. I am hoping their actions was because their speaker wasn’t working right. In my mind that’s the only reason for them to treat us unfairly. This is what happened. We ordered and specifically asked for a sandwich without onions because my husband is allergic to them. He also asked for regular fries and not curly fries. We were served curly fries and when we asked to exchange them they said we would have to pay for them. Then when we got home my husband found that he couldn’t eat the sandwich cause they put onions on it. They should have been more accomodating.
It was good. Everything was fixed fresh and hot. The server was awesome. The store was spotless and the bathroom was a well. Nice place to stop while on the road.
They have the meats nice people Ruben or roast beef either way it's good yum
Both times I've gone to this location it took more than 15 minutes to get my food at the drive through with only a couple cars ahead of me.
Even with limited staff they manage to do a good job.
The buns and the roast beef for the sliders were both cold
Fresh and hot as always, love the chocolate shakes! They're also open later than I expected.
