I've had cupcakes from there twice. Last year then again yesterday. Both times they were hard and stale! I won't be back.
i would advise calling ahead to see if they are open, hours listed are not correct, i have yet to catch the door open whether it be construction or hours changing, i'm sure the product is good if i could just get to it!

Pleasant surprise on Main Street in Cartersville. Along with our kids, we tried several different items over the course of an extended stay. The highlight by far was the cinnamon rolls, which I would put up against any that I have had anywhere. Our son loved the snickerdoodles (although they didn't always have those) and the brownies were good also. Service was mostly friendly and they're open early if you need to grab something to go with your coffee from next door. One word of warning: skip the chocolate chip cookies. They were the only misstep we samples on our visits.

A favorite. The location is nice and I can usually find street parking. There is such yummy goods inside, even if I couldn't park nearby, the walk does a body good cause I'm going to eat too much from there anyway! I love the chocolate drops, the kids love the sugar and the gingerbread people, and there is SO much more! Not a wasted stop ever. I don't know many American real bakeries, so I drive about 30 minutes to get to Agans!
The absolute best bakery in North Georgia. They have made several custom cakes for us. They were beautiful and delicious! Received so many compliments on our cakes.

Customer service is awful, the attitudes are astonishing. I’d recommend going ANYWHWERE else to ensure you’re not messing up your big day or event!
