The food is always good but every single time I come here they never get all my order when we get take out. Just a little frustrating but not the end of the world.
Normally a good experience. We got 2 chicken finger baskets, a Buffalo chicken finger basket, and a zax salad, or zalad if you have to have it that way. The Buffalo fingers were awesome. The regular fingers were way overcooked, dry, and tasted old. The fries are usually seasoned well but this time they were bland and as dry as the chicken fingers. Salad was good. We're not completely dismissing ever eating there, because, well, I'm fat. But it would be nice to have good food cooked properly since the price of food everywhere is rising quickly.
The lady with a pink mullet who was working the drive thru speaker was one of the rudest people i have ever met. she rudely told me that she could not hear me not even half a second after i started talking because of the noise outside, there was no noise outside. she then snapped at me again and asked me to speak up so that i was basically screaming my order at her. her tone was rude the entire time and it was not a pleasant experience. then when i got to the window she looked at me and rolled her eyes for no reason.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Because there should be no way that my food is cold and fries are old. Also, hair was found in my food. Food was undone and disgusting. Don't eat here !!
Drive thru speaker not working so all orders are taken at the window. Somehow this system ended up being as fast, if not faster, than normal.
They used to tell me when they didn't have the sandwich I ordered. Now they just give me whatever sandwich they feel like replacing mine with without telling me. Since I'm paying actual money I assumed that it wouldn't be too much trouble to give me what I paid for. But I guess that is asking far far too much.From now on I suppose I should order something different in the hopes of getting what I actually want.
Dining room closed, but somehow there is like 5 teenagers hanging out in the lobby. Drive thru should go pretty fast considering no dining room. Those teenagers hanging out must be the employees.
They always forget the sauce that I request and with the dining room being closed you can't just walk in and get it so that can be a bit aggravating
Food not how I like it. Food was not cooked properly. Did not like the service either.
The box always has sauce all over it and my fries were so burnt like the grease was old also, they tasted so bad.
