Waited 20 minutes in line, with one car in front of us. Got to the window and was told, with attitude, that it would take 15 minutes for a fried chicken fillet. Was told we could substitute chicken fingers instead so it would be faster. 5 minutes later, we were told it would be 15 more minutes for chicken fingers. Something needs to change at this location.
Staff was severely short-handed and it showed. Meal was prepared in reasonable speed but was poor quality - wilted lettuce, old chicken, haphazardly assembled. Floor was dirty. Drink machine was nearly empty as was the tea dispensers.
I ordered the 30 Boneless Wings family pack on the app for our party tonight, and only received 20. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I got home, and I'd never make it back before they close. I also ordered the 20 chicken fingers family pack, and only received 15. Definitely not returning to this location regardless of how close and convenient it is.
Horrible service! Waited in line for over 20 minutes just to be told to pull up while 5 other cars got their order. Maybe if the kids working there were not so busy chatting with each other they could get the job done better.
I used to love this place ate there at least once a week. then after Covid prices scored portions shrank drastically! And service is very poor ! Now they are at the top of my do not eat at list !
Now, I have been here quite a few times since moving to the area 8 months ago. Majority of my visits have been pleasant. I am leaving 4/5 stars because of the food inconsistency. There was a time I ordered a wings & things (usually what I order every time) and the food was cold. I didn't notice until I arrived home about 8 minutes later. About 2-3 other times, there just wasn't enough sauce with my wings and were barely coated which is disappointing when that's the one thing you were really looking forward to eating. Otherwise, all the times of interacting with employees were positive and friendly.
So I tried to leave a review on DoorDash app about my food but they denied my feedback. So I will post it year on google. “I ordered a salad. I specifically requested dressing. Light ranch. My salad was delivered but no salad dressing in the bag.” Why my review was not posted on door dash is beyond me. ??♀️
Awful experience. Spent $50 on cold food served with a begrudging attitude.Started with the repeated "anything else" over and over on the loud speaker.Had to ask the girl at the window to sanitize after she coughed repeatedly into her hand then out into the open then asked me to hand her my card.Had a problem with reading my order back and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to them to give me a honey mustard after I'd paid for it.Serving chicken, fries, and sauce shouldn't come with this much drama but it did.
Had great service who I think was the manager even picked up our trash for us while we were still in here food was amazing and they all were quick including the man behind the register
Food was good, the meal was hot and freshly cooked. The restaurant was clean and there was a worker cleaning tables and floors. The service was fast. Very good.
