Junior bacon cheeseburger without the patty! These people need to get it together. All these restaurants want more money but can’t even put a patty on the burger. RIDICULOUS
Order was right but the way I wanted them was completely wrong, the 3 sandwiches I ordered looked like they had been thrown together with mayonnaise and ketchup dripping from it, Order 2 bacon cheddar burgers and the shredded cheese wasn't even melted with only 1 strip of bacon on them. I could've went back through drive thru to get them fixed (because the dining area was closed) but I didn't want to wait another 20 mins like I already had to get my food. When I got home and called to tell manager how unsatisfied I was with my order he hung up on me.
Although we went through at the height of lunch, it wasn't bad. Very busy, and took a few minutes, BUT the food was hot and well made!I like this location because of that. Just like Bowdon, and many other places, staff can be limited at times, but if you're wanting it hot, then it's worth it.I love the employees. Always apologetic for long wait times, and they will goof off with you while you wait lol.

Their customer service is trash and the line is long and for doordash people we have to wait in a long line and for what? For the people to give us a bad review because they don’t want to open inside?
Order is always messed up, wait time is 45 to an hour. Foley is a shift leader I assume and is very rude with customers. Forget about accepting a delivery from here if you're with doordash or uber eats because he simply stated that the people who order to their restaurant thru those sites doesnt matter, only the customers that are physically there ordering. That doesn't sound like someone caring about his customers to me. They've lost our business.
Only reason I’m giving a 2 star is because my fries were hot! Mine and my daughter’s nuggets were freezing cold! They left off her juice and extra nuggets. I tried to get the girls attention and she ignored me at first, then she finally turned around! I told her the situation and she hands me a juice…. And just looks at me.. I’m like and the nuggets??? And she just gives them to me. Doesn’t say sorry about that or anything! And closes the window, I’m like thanks!!! People are just so rude nowadays it’s sad! If you don’t like your job, find something you’ll like, because obviously working with the public isn’t in your skill set.
One star is about five stars too many for this poor excuse for Wendy’s. I eat at the Wendy’s near my home all the time in the food is delicious, correct, warm and the staff is friendly. At this Carrollton location, my order was rang up correctly the drinks were wrong, one of the breakfast sandwiches was wrong and when I addressed that when I went back through the drive-through the individual claiming to be the GM argued with me about them being correct. He was then irate at the window because he was wrong and the food was wrong. I will never purchase anything from the sorry excuse of a restaurant again.
Not sure why the nasty attitude if you choose to work here. It’s not my fault you cannot process an order. So I ask for a sandwich with no Mayo or lettuce. After I get the order it was incorrect. So now I have to do a walk up and have to wait at the window since no one want to open it to hear my concerns. Then when they do she takes the sandwich and tossed it away with a nasty attitude while still having issues that I came back to the window. Pandemic rages or dead end job you call it. SMH
The food I did not eat due to a guy scratching his head while making my drinks and food. No gloves nor washed his hands. I had to wait in line to see this??? They have no staff, which I can understand that part, but the staff they have are unprofessional. Please Wendy's get better.
