Jackson was amazing and he got our sandwiches perfect even with them being kinda complicated but he was super understanding and helpful! Just awsome

I was in line looking at the menu. One of the employees, the colorful haired woman, is really nice every time. She asked me if I was ready to order and I told her I needed a minute to look over the menu and to take the guy behind me. Her coworker came from the back and immediately took another customer, who was also behind me, over my party and I. She didn’t ask her coworker “who is next,” acknowledge my presence nor made eye contact. She has very poor customer service skills.I only come here for the one lady who takes her time and fixes my sandwiches/wraps right. I wish I knew her name, because she is very polite and always seems to be in a good mood. I will not be returning for awhile, due to her coworker, because I felt disrespected. I work in customer service as well. I know it gets frustrating, but bringing low energy into work only affects your reputation and your store.

This location has a huge reoccurring problem with the staff wanting to close 1 to 2 hours early just because they can apparently get away with it. Last time I was here the girl working the register snapped at a very tired looking couple who just wanted to sit down to eat their warm sandwiches real quick. News flash to the staff - You're not the only ones with jobs, you're not the only ones who are tired. Good luck finding another job where you can literally bully out customers TWO HOURS before closing and get away with it. Everyone should be fired, including the manager.
