Today is the first time in a while we came to eat here. But it may be the last. They have just about got rid of everything on their menu. You now can only get one garden salad and most of their burgers are gone. The entire menu is now one page and it looks like they just made them on the copier. My wife has always got the Toco salad and I get the mushroom and swiss burger. But both of them are no longer available. The only good thing was our waitress was nice and kept our drinks full. This was not her fault. They have not even updated their menu on here it's still the old ones. So I posted the new one.
This is a great place for real burgers and shakes. Always right with our orders and friendly service. Love,love, love SteakNShake!
Waited for ever to place order as well as waited for our food. The server never came back to fill our glasses and check on us. I had to go to the counter to get the bill.
Food is always good. Slow service and sometimes you don't get your full order. I even asked if all my food was there ( 2 sandwiches), she said yes. Got home and no it wasn't. Tried calling multiple times and no one picked up the phone.
Nice little place to eat, not to busy for a Sunday afternoon. Service was ok and food was good.
Worst service I have ever had in my life. Full table of 5 was served food cold and incorrect, twice. Staff doesnt even speak english. Got a kid (8-10 years old) running around playing in the kitchen. Will never be coming back to eat here!
After almost 20 minutes in drive thru, fries were cold, ordered a dbl steak burger x2, neither had dbl meat, and very overpowering garlic .. 2 years since having patronized this location, I thought maybe it had gotten better... WRONGwont be back !
Was really shocked how horrible the food was put together, over prices for the quilty of food I got, i ordered the #3 really excited for the a party melt and it was so small and all smashed together, I think I got fries ? I wouldn't call them fries, they were mini no flavor, and I asked for ranch for my fries and sandwich and got a half container ? and the ranch was even gross, I got a shake instead of a drink with my meal and it was basically milk I won't go to another steak n shake again
They have homework so they had to close early and refused to serve us after we walked in. Despite the hours and being able to walk right in they refused to serve us because the employees had to get home to do their homework. And other people were already sat down eating.
Great service, one of the few Steak n Shake were I’ve had good experience. Food was fresh and employees extra nice.
