This location is THE WORST I have ever been to. I’ve been going for a while, but I am finally FED UP. The baristas are extremely rude, especially Tony, Madyson, and Nicole. That’s what really sealed the deal for me to not come back. They get complaints all the time, but management never does anything. However, I extremely recommend going to the standalone location down the road. There are no repercussions for the baristas performing badly, and they could not care less if you get the right drink. My favorite baristas are Kennedy, Liz, and Randy. Alli was also good, but they haven’t been there in awhile. Probably because they had the sense to get a better job with people who actually perform well. I personally wish Kroger would just drop the starbucks in their store and replace it with something else. It’s a waste of everyone’s time because they can’t find employees who know how to do their job. All they do is talk about each other IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. Maybe they could perform better if it was just one person in the kiosk at a time….
One star rating for witnessing a customer ask the barista three times for a straw so she can drink her iced coffee. Barista would not give her a straw because she didn't order a frappuccino.... This is absolutely ridiculous...
I ordered a orero Frappuccino and they gave me a Java chip one, I asked for extra cookie chips and they gave me extra Java chips, and there was no white mocha in it and it was all wrong it the was yesterday I feel like they just wanted to get costumers out and not make anything right I'm so disappointed in them.
FANtastics baristas at this location! They were super nice and helpful. They were out of several things, but the baristas offered to do a pour over instead to make sure I was a happy customer. The location is convenient in Kroger and even has its own side door to get in and out of it. Very pleased with the level of service the baristas gave us here ????

For 5 years we always get the same drink for the kids. But today was a horrible experience with Liz R. (Supervicer). Please don’t go to this location specially in the morning with Liz is working.
Ordered the caramel ribbon crunch. They are quick and not heavy handed.
I go to this location every week day. Never had any problems but I've noticed in the last month or so seems like since there is a certain lady working there not only did my drink price go up(which ok I said no biggie I want what I want so I just pay for it) but now the price is up and I'm back to getting a 3/4 cup full again. I order to fill up rest of cup with..... and you upcharge me and still Don't want to fill the cup up gets very frustrated!! This location originally told me how to order this drink and then changed it on me. I normally go with the flow but I'm Thinking I don't need to go back to this location. I ordered the same drink several times in Villa Rica Ga, Ormond Beach Fl and Knoxville TN and none of them had a problem like the Carrollton GA location. I just don't get it.
The cashier that was working with the brown hair was extremely rude. She informed that the store was out of venti cups, to which I answered can I just Have to smaller cups then. She replied “ No, you cant, you can just get a grande” and then proceeded to go back and forth with me about which cup I could get,which is extremely rude.Either way she was immediately rude in the way she replied, and could use an attitude adjustment. When I walked away she also got a smart attitude as well. I wasn't Aware Starbucks hired people to speak to customers in that manner.
I had the Mango Dragonfruit and it was amazing! The people were so nice too!
