I don't believe Starbucks Corporate is committed to keeping this location operable. While every competing brand and independent coffee shop in the general vicinity have their café open, this location continues to be drive-through and mobile order pickup only. It's nonsense. Meanwhile, Starbucks locations throughout the region are fully open for business.

Very worst customer experience in this Carrollton location. The guy called himself ‘‘“Jorad” had no computer experience. We went to get the refill ice coffee after around 6pm, we bought 2 hours early from the location and he said there is no store policy to get refill after you left the store. and we want to know the written store policy and he showed us, After the small conversation, we want to buy the ice coffee and he said he cannot serve us. What a Arrogant manger, never go to spent money at that store again. If there is anyway I can rate zero star, I would like to rate it. Don’t waste money on this store.

The “manager” does not assist workers with orders- she blames it on “short staffing issues”. I requested a refund after waiting 45 minutes on a tall white chocolate mocha. The manager said “she is doing all orders in order there are 4 ahead of you” I said she’s not doing them in order because 3 people who ordered behind me have finally gotten their order and left.” Not to mention she’s rude! Going on going as far as I can go to get this store shut down!

The Starbucks here is amazingly busy, they can't really keep up with traffic, probably having issues getting people to work etc. App said pick up at 817, was ready just about 840, also they were out of the plug stirring sticks. Waaahh

Staff seems friendly and the coffee is good. But this location routinely has VERY long wait times in drive thru during the mornings and evenings. The wait time for a single car get their order is unusually long, causing a long line and even longer wait. If you're looking for coffee before your work shift, you may want to go elsewhere

Always out of white mocha which I’m guessing is a truck issue and line usually backed up in drive thru which it is a small drive thru and they are sometimes short staffed like everywhere else but I love the employees they are always very good to me and know me and my order very well!!

Bad experience every time I come here. Either the drive thru line is extremely slow or they don’t have what I order.

I'm in love and ready to walk down the aisle and I have only been seeing them for a couple of months, I'm already investing in my own way! I have officially surpassed addiction it's strictly OBSESSION and I love it! I have become an avid customer; LITERALLY, every morning I'm in line for either/or of the following: a "Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino", size Grande sometimes adding Pumpkin Sauce flavoring, "Double Bacon Cheddar Breakfast Sandwhich" or Bacon & Egg Gouda Cheese Breakfast Sandwhich, Cheese Danish/Plum Cheese Danish. At this point we are married when you are the first thing I want when I wake-up! No other breakfast joints exist anymore here in Carrollton, GA since I found you! The food is just that DELICIOUSLY FULFILLING!!! :) Btw: The staff are amazing!! The customer service I have received everyday has been impeccable honestly!

The wait time is far far too long I've visited here 3× and each time I've waited 25+ min or longer in the Drive-thru and their consistently out of menu items.This is not only unacceptable it's a Total Bummer! ?

It is so rare that I have a bad experience at a Starbucks. They will not take to go orders inside; only mobile pick up only. Their drive though line was out of their property into a parking lot and down a street. The staff inside completely ignored me and were too busy chatting with friends. Very disappointed. Go down the street to the Starbucks in Kroger - 180 degrees different than this location.
