First and last visit for me. Took my son to Carrollton. Ordered two burgers and fries. Was going to eat in but after waiting 40 minutes we got it to go. Everything was cold and ended up with two cheese burgers. I had ordered 1 kids cheeseburger and an all American burger. Very disappointed
Ordered online. Order was ready with in just a few minutes. We used the curbside pickup. Order was correct and food was fresh and hot.
Every few months I go back here to see if its gotten back to as good as it used to be. NOPE! Uncooked burgers and microwave chicken. Fries were good, okra was so hot it wasn't cooked naturally. Wish I could leave a good review but I can't. Avoid this place is my suggestion.
I got a pork plate w fries & mac-n-chesc. Love the spicy sauce. Just not as much as when the food is hot. #HotFoodIsBetter.Mac tested like box Mac i w/powered chess add a little cheddar call it mac-n-chess. So the food could good if it was hot except the Mac can be better it is wasn't cheap powder chess, from a box. Cheap food is sad food for a restaurant.
We have always loved Shane's. This location is always clean and relaxing to go enjoy a sit-down meal. The staff is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond. The pandemic ruined a lot of the joy in going out to eat and because of short staff and no smiles or excitement of employees. Shane's was not as busy today and very quiet inside, but still enjoyable. I have heard the prices are a little steep at all Shane's for what you get, but it's great when you want it!
Tasty food with BBQ sauce, but had pulled pork and some pieces were stuck together in a clump rather than pulled apart. Also, a tad pricey! Sweet workers.

We usually call in an order to go or eat in the dining room, but tonight I tried their app for the first time. It was so easy to use. It said my order would be ready in 15 min (this is at 5:30pm). I walked in right on time and it was ready to go. The cashier was very friendly and smiling and it was a great experience. Took off one star because the chicken fingers seem to have shrunk a bit since last time and were a little dry.Everything else was perfect.
Clean, friendly, warm and inviting place this eat!! Great food And priced at an affordable budget!! Will diff recommend this place to everybody I know and to some I don't know!!!
