We ordered the family meal as always .. spicy tenders. They gave us regular drums and thighs. So we took it back and asked for the spicy tenders. The manager immediately had an attitude but still gave us the tenders. We check again before pulling off and they aren’t spicy just regular. So we try to tell her they aren’t spicy and she just stood there arguing with us. The other staff was nice but the manager is rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend the Popeyes in Carrollton
Note to POPEYE'S, biscuits are suppose to rise when cooked. Biscuits should be fluffy and lite.Your biscuits are dry, tasteless and bottoms are always hockey puck hard!
Everything was great as usual. Freshly cooked, in a speedy service especially considering how busy this location is. And the employees are always exceptionally nice and professional.
Great drive-thru service. Mild chicken straps with potatoes and gravy and red beans n rice.
Cold food and slow service. Waited in line for 20 min to place order with only 3 cars ahead of me.
Today they were fast and friendly usually the driver thru is packed. i guess today I got lucky.
Best Popeyes I have had since chicken sandwich wars began last year, so big it could have been on a poster.

One of the Few Really Good Popeyes Restaurants!I was pleasantly surprised how good this Popeye's location was.Pros1) Accuracy of My Order. These guys did a great job making sure that what I ordered is what I got. The majority of times when I go to other Popeyes locations my order is inaccurate to say the least. This was a pleasant and welcomed surprise!2) Professional and Courteous. It was also very nice to have someone who was working the drive-thru that was courteous and did not have an attitude. You just don't see that at other Popeye's locations very often. This is a mark of good management at this location and a well-trained staff.Cons1) That It's Not MY Neighborhood Popeye's Restaurant! I really don't have any negatives but I sure wish to this location were in my neck of the woods.Overall this is a great Popeye's location. Whatever you're doing keep up the good work! ??
Their dining room is currently closed but their kitchen is smokin! Awesome food and great service! We even left a tip at the drive thru. Worth every penny!
