Exceptional service and great food! The manager there was super friendly and really good at her job.
It has been a long time between visits, for some reason the pizza didn't seem as good as i remembered. Wasn't bad just different.
My 8 year old and I are stuck in the home quarantining with Covid. We called and ordered from this location and when I food arrived it was cold. When I tried to call back that night I was on hold for a half hour and never got in touch with anyone. When I called back the following day they told me they were only give me a discount. Very bad customer service I would never order from these people again.
The lady who brought my pizza out was so sweet and friendly. All of the food was so hot and delicious

I understand places are short staffed, but my order was placed at 5:30 & supposed to be delivered by 7. At 7:30 we couldn’t get anyone on the phone, so we drove there. The delivery driver was outside in his car playing on his phone, the worker was not helpful and the manager was out in the parking lot walking around. Our pizza had been sitting there because they thought it was pickup, then they tried to charge us again after we paid for delivery. . The manager had no idea how to manage being short staffed. This is the 2/2 time having a issue with this Pizza Hut.
After 2 hours the pizza we ordered is distill not here and no one will answer the phone. Called on 2 different phones and no one answered either one. We won't ever order from there again!
Sweet lady at the front. Pizza was perfect. Cinnabuns were way too tiny but still yummy.
Received order hot and earlier than planned. The delivery driver was very friendly and had no problem with coming up our long flight of steps. Pizza Hut is a splurge for our family so it was well worth it as we enjoyed every bite!
Very nice person at the counter she was awesome!
