Been here several times, everytime the wings are fresh, nice size & the people are friendly.Good wings!!!
Today was my first time trying their wings based off a recommendation-review and let me say the wings were HORRIBLE. The lady asked me to check them & when I did I mentioned they weren’t what I was expecting or looking for and asked for a refund as being very unsatisfied with the order and she tells me she can’t . What kind of sh*T is that???! Are you kidding me ? So why even ask me to look at them if you’re not gonna replace them or offer a refund? No point at all. Very poor and unprofessional. I asked for a trash can to throw them away because their absolute trash and seemed small. This is horrible customer service at its best. I’m highly disappointed in the wing spots around here and this place . I will never be back. If they wanted a $15 donation that bad they should of just said that or offered good food and service! There’s a first and last time for everything and this was it ! Don’t waste your time or money here on their food. Trust me! I won’t eat at no other wing spot down here in Carrollton.
Best place ever! I absolutely love hot wings and I have tried all places near and far from Carrollton, but nothing compares to the quality PJ’s gives. Yesterday, there was an adult man acting like a child and throwing a mantrum over some blue cheese he didn’t receive on his last order that he never called about. The lady handled it wonderfully for the guy being so incredibly stupid and rude to her and got our order to us on time with exactly what we asked for! Hopefully the entire business won’t completely crumble now from that one man saying he’s never coming back, but they can always have MY money!

I normally don't write a review, but I had to this time. I placed an $51 order. The wings was salty, hard and dry. This is 2nd time this has happened. I took the wings back for refund, but the owner was very rude. Never going back

If you order boneless wings they're the nuggets you get in the frozen section of Walmart, there tenders are more batter than chicken and there mild sauce is super sweet and taste strongly of sesame oil I wish I wouldn't have paid what I did for them.
Tried to order online, called twice and said “hello” no one answered. The second time that I called someone answered and said absolutely nothing. I called a third time and the dial tone was busy. So I felt as if they took their phone off the hook so they wouldn’t receive any calls. Poor customer service and ridiculous.
I order here all the time but this last time i order 30 wings which was about a 1$ a wing...ok thats fine food shortage maybe..i order lemon pepper mild...they came almost naked... Not ok but i giving them the benefit of the doubt because i didnt check my food before taking it out...
Best wings in West GA Area hands down. ALWAYS fresh.
