Decent food for a decent price, cool staff, and excellent bar manager
We went there today for a group of 16 and we’re seated within 15 minutes. My kids even commented about how friendly the staff was. Our waitress was amazing and the manager even came out and took a group photo of our family! Food was great too!
This was a bad experience, my husband ordered the Talpia he took one bite ok second bite he saw the fish was hard and raw. I ordered chicken tenders the batter was not done. Oh, salad don't order the small one it will fit on a small saucer. The waitress was told but we had to ask to speak with manager she would have never came out to apologize. Customer service and quality of food Is horrible. We also saw a hamburger delivered but was sent back because it was raw we could see it from our table. They need to clean house or train better help.
My husband and I ate here on a busy Sunday. The food was delicious, and our waiter was attentive. One person stood out amongst the others - that is the young man who delivered the meals. I asked his name, and they told me it was "Race". He went above and beyond with our table, the table next to us, and a couple other tables that I saw. He doesn't just deliver the food and rush back to the kitchen; he makes sure everything is as ordered, asked us about dressings/sauces, etc. and smiling the whole time (like he had all day to wait on us). This young man is an asset to the service industry!
Use to love this place. Over the years the service ans the food has went downhill. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta. It was barely warm. The kids food was missing main ingredient. Service was ok.
We went to celebrate a family member' achievements. 25 people. Very impromptu. The service was good and the food was better! Definitely recommend for the value conscious when serving large groups!
The food was great! Steak was done exactly as ordered, fish was cooked and seasoned correctly, everything tasted wonderful except the cole slaw was slightly bland to me. Server service was wonderful! Will be eating here again!
Honestly I ordered a Filet Mignon medium rare, not expecting to get that. That is exactly what I got. Pair that with extra customer service this was a great experience. Other chains should take note.
Kudos to Gavin and the Carrollton O'Charleys! We went in with my 93 year old mother who is in a wheelchair. He and all of the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we had everything we needed. She is in a nursing home and doesn't get to get out very often anymore. Thank you for making her meal so enjoyable!
Use to love to eat there, but they do their on potato soup now it is worse than bad. We have not had good soup in awhile so we gave them another chance last night. Well the soup was brown and tasted burnt, the ribs were tough, baked potato was cold and hard, the sweet potato was awful and the chicken tenders were only as big around as a pencil. My grandson was given soured mild and traded it for tea without ice, really. The meal was 49.17.
