Unfortunately, my most recent visit was the last. Never had any issues prior to but after speaking with the owner (Jamie H.) regarding our experience, his actions, or lack of, solidified my decision to never return. My order was for steak, they made it without, he states they had an unusual situation that evening and I agreed to replace with chicken. This was a to go order…. they forgot the chicken! Had a vegan bowl. I wouldn’t have left a review and would continue to be a customer. Now the big issue. Jamie H emailed me, ensured he would make it right on my next visit, when I reached out to him regarding such, he seemed to have forgotten our entire conversation….. then just ceased to respond…. THATS the problem. If you can’t resolve customer complaint or simply don’t care… either way…. you will no longer receive my business. With this type of leadership….. I can see why so many others have had issues lately judging by the recent reviews.
They refuse to put your chips on the side for to go orders- so I had to order a burrito, which I don't even eat because I didn't want disgusting chips when I got home. The guy behind the counter was laughing as he told me, he must have thought it was funny but I obviously wasn't laughing because it's the same thing I order at literally every other Moe's on the planet. I was looking to break up my Chipotle visits by coming here but never again. Honestly if Chicken Salad Chick was open on Sundays I wouldn't have made the mistake of coming here at all. They had no regular straws, only kids ones and I had to go to the counter to track down a lid that actually fit my cup. Just obnoxious all around and definitely not worth the hassle.
As soon as I walked in the floors were so greasy that I was sliding around. I didn’t even need to walk. I could just slide to the counter. There was no welcome to moe’s chant that they are known for. I get up to the counter and the young lady looked like she just wanted to quit. The counter was a complete mess with food scattered all over it. I ordered a taco for my son and when she made it was a total mess. I think there was more juice than ground beef. The whole counter was empty. They had no mushrooms, the coke machine was half empty and the guy at the register asked for a tip. I don’t know who runs this place but I can’t imagine it passing a corporate check. I’ve always loved moe’s and have ate here for years and my kids love it to but I don’t know if I will return. A new chipotle opened down the street. Might give it a shot.
Came on 3/6/22 and if I could give 0 stars, I would. Walked in and no one said anything to us, and when we ordered the kid didn’t ask us what we wanted, and as a matter of fact didn’t even say anything at all. Just pointed and shrugged his shoulders every time we said something. The biggest complaint I have about this place is that the kid who was making our food tried to act like salt bae or something and sprinkle our food (like lettuce and cheese and things like that) down his arm and into our bowl. (See pic attached to see who I’m referencing). Then after spending almost $30 on some bowls, we went to eat and the rice was CRUNCHY. Like pretty much uncooked crunchy. The steak looked and tasted like it was burnt and was very tough.
I had a late lunch with my daughter and G-baby Abigail. The food was very good and the store was nice and clean. Very friendly staff.

worst experience ever. they were out of numerous items because they were to lazy to go to the back to get them. the salsa bar was so dirty. there was sweet tea all over counter and floor. the place looked like it haven’t been clean for several days. employees are very rude. this location needs to be shut down. my bowls wasn’t even half way full.
The lady dropped my food in the floor and didn’t apologize or Offer to remake it. & yes the actual food itself touched the floor.
I've always loved Moe's! It's still just as good as it was when I was little! Keep it up! ♥
If you compare Moes to Chipotle or Quadoba, Moes is the place to go. You get more quality, quantity, & ingredients for even less than its competitors. You even get chips & salsa included in your main entree price. They have an indoor & outdoor seating area. Employees were nice when ordering. I order here about once a week and am always happy with my order. The portion makes for a good lunch and a later dinner.
