Just Hass to be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever in my life been to. They are so slow it’s beyond any type of normal being slow or being busy. I took my granddaughter last weekend and had I not promised her McDonald’s I would have gotten out of the drive-through and left because we waited for one hour and three minutes in the drive-through To get our food. I did not wanna break a promise to her no matter what so are went ahead and said there’s one but I would never do it again. On top of being extremely slow they’re also very rude. The inside is not open right now so you have to use the drive-through. Also I do door Dash sometimes and I have had to go to that particular McDonald’s a lot lately because it’s the only one that’s open really late and it is always a 20 to 30 minute wait no matter what time of day.
Notorious for broken machines. Staff is friendly but not very hygienic.. would have gave me one more star if they were reliable like other McDonald's. McDonald's is the type of restaurant that at the end of the world is here so are they. This one doesn't have that resiliency.
Well I didn't like it at all I said in line for at least 25 minutes running my engine and then when I got up there I ordered four senior coffees and I was going to get one of those chickens that y'all got advertised then I was going to get my girl my friend some food to eat and some french fries and another chicken sandwich but he said that we didn't have any coffee and I said well can you make some well she actually said it and he said no we don't have any I can't believe that McDonald's does not have coffee it's cold as it is but anyway he didn't make it but I just want to let you know that since you ask how was it this is how it was so we just went ahead and left because I drink coffee I like coffee and I think we I was disappointed I waited in line that long you can't get inside out front it says use any Lane and ain't but one open they got the orange cobs up the next on the other ones and you can't get anything to eat or drink and I wonder why it's like that so anyway that's the way it was have a good day I didn't
Check your order before leaving.. I know everyone makes mistakes.. but it 8 o’clock in the evening.. I have worked 10 hours and think McDonald’s is a safe choice for dinner.. usually this location is good but the night shift is not good.. they have never got my order right! Guess it’s my fault for trusting they will do their job but this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been through. But it’s on my way home but very disappointed ?? Just DO YOUR JOB and stop complaining
I come in order a cup of coffee and 2 for 4 the first cashier a guy takes my order walks away because he can’t get order right, next cashier comes up after 10 minutes tries to correct order calls the manager to fix it, the manager said it’s only two breakfast sandwiches you can order and walks away neither cashier trained manager didn’t seem to care. After 20 minutes of watching and waiting I walked out very unorganized bunch.
This goes into the category as one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I just spent 30 bucks for your employees to make their mistake my fault. I guess people today dont realize that the customers are the reason they have a job in the first place. The food was horrible too. Our burgers tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for two hours and the fries had been cooked in old grease. However, I could have dealt with the food being bad if it weren't for the sorry customer service. Apologies, a smile on the face, and have a nice day goes a long way. I should have turned my car around and demanded my money back and took my business elsewhere.
I had them give me new fries 2x because my wife my fries were cold, I ordered 2 bacon doubles and neither one of them had anything on them and my wife's nuggets were hard, I'm not interested in visiting this McDonald's again.
I swear it's became an expectation for something to be missing or wrong EVERY SINGLE time I go here (& we eat mcdonalds at least twice a week). Then they act like it's your fault if you go back through the drive through 4 times until your order is right & they get an attitude if you speak your mind & actually want the correct food you order.
They take the fast out of fast food. I ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets, fries and drink for my son, and a cheeseburger and drink for myself. 20 minutes later, I'm having to say please give us our drinks, we've got to leave. So much for squeezing in McDonald's before our 6PM. The food was good though. I was worried it would be cold.
