I went in to place my Togo order and while I waited, a lady (the manager I would gues) named Tracy, gave me a drink while I waited and offered pleasant chit chat while I waited. it was a nice experience. Thank you, Tracy and staff.
The large free fry was awesome and made a great snack while working thanks McDonald’s
I have problems every time I come to this specific restaurant. The employees are EXTREMELY unprofessional and just plain out rude and disrespectful. I have never been talked to and treated as bad as this place treats me every time I go here. Needless to say I will not be back. Also, to add, they refused to make me something and when I asked to talk to the manager, they refused to get them and proceeded to argue and talk back to me.
Sat in line for 40 minutes trapped, couldn't leave.. Still got my order wrong after three trys.. I travel for my work, so I know bad... this one is bad..
The play area is closed. Honestly it's the only reason we come to this horrible place. You have to take your own order on the machines. The workers hide in the back until you get called up to get your food. You have to catch them fast before they go back into hiding. They have table numbers they don't use, cause again, they're hiding in the back. There were no straws out. When you ask for ketchup they give you 3 packs for 3 meals. Honestly idk why they still pay people to work here. Customers and machines do 98%of everything except cook.
Very good service, nice staff. Clean and sanitary and well prepared food. The little ones enjoyed their happy meals very much and I loved my McFrappe :) good work
I order a spicy chicken sandwich ok SPICY. So tell me my why it take 30 minutes to get my order then I get home to eat and open up for one it was just a regular chicken sandwich that was burn the same for the bread. DON’T RECOMMENDED GOING TO THIS ONE GO TO ANOTHER ONE!!!!! -10/10
We ordered on the app 10 minutes before we got there and once we parked for the curb side pick up, it took 20 minutes for our food to come out. This process is supposed to be faster!? When we got the food the order was completely wrong.
We had great service and everyone had a great attitude plus the food was delicious thank you McDonald's
First off they some ratchet lil girls working here. Not only did I sit at the drive thru to order my food for 10 mins but you going to have a lil smart mouth. I swear they mommas did a poor job training them up to be women. Customer service has really going down hill since the pandemic. Guess they will just hire anybody. Needless to say I drove off because I be dam if I spend my money to give this little girl a paycheck. I advise anyone else to go to the other 3 Mcdonalds in town and skip this one.
