what’s the point of table markers if you aren’t going to bring the orders to the table? i’m sitting here trying to get work done on my laptop waiting for my food but they just didn’t bother to bring it out. My nuggets were practically still frozen and soft… i’ve worked in fast food so i know what’s cooked and what isn’t… and when i showed the worker she had a terrible attitude and basically told me “they’re supposed to look like that”… i was very polite too cause like i said i’ve worked fast food so i know the struggle of annoying customers but it is not hard to be nice especially when someone is nice to you. they weren’t even busy either! if you’re gonna be located right next to a college campus i think the service should be just a tad better. just sayin.

When I got the coffee, it was actually just room temperature, I explained the issue was on my part for asking for extra cream, and asked if I could get another, hotter coffee. Slow and gets your order wrong all the time and have to wait for a longggg time anytime of day if you visit this McDonald's. Really needs shut down it's been going on for years. Lived her for 12 years and its always sucked to go to this McDonald's. If I could give no stars I would have. Just awful and are always out of stuff. You would think it being near the college it would be good. I can see it getting shut down just like nasty Krystals did some years ago bc it was so disappointing !
I try to avoid this McDonald's even though it's the closer to me, they are always very slow, you may sit at the ordering speaker for 15m with no cars any longer in front of you, they also make some of the most terrible iced coffee ever, I cant even explain how horrid it is, it's what I imagine tar would taste like with a little cream, if your looking for fast service, or good iced coffee, as I try to do I would avoid this location 1101 s park st one is alot better
Yesterday I dropped by for a deluxe chicken sandwich. I got a quarter-pounder with cheese. This morning I stopped before work. There are two drive-thru lanes. Three people were served in the drive-thru lane opposite where I was sitting. When I heard a fourth order being taken in the opposite drive-thru, I pulled forward. The girl at the window said she couldn't take my order at the pick-up window and that I'd need to go through the non-existent service in the drive-thru again. I asked her to have someone come to the window to take my order. She refused. I told her I would stop traffic until I was served. She went back to the other person to complain, and I drove away. If have to wait 20 minutes for fast food, it's not fast food. If I'm not waited on in the drive-thru or the window, the service is deplorable. I wish I had the ability to shut this place down: Poor service doesn't deserve to continue to operate. I won't be back.
The drive thru will tell you to go park in a spot to wait for your order and completely forget about you after 15 minutes, serving everyone that came behind you until you end up having to call and remind them.
McDonalds is a wonderful company if it corporate owned not franchise owned.
If it was possible I wouldn’t give any stars! Waited in line for 32 minutes, they never took my order. Drove around and looked in the window and the staff were just standing there talking and laughing with each other. No other cars in line except 2 behind me. If you don’t want to work… go home!
Ah, McDonald's. We don't come here 'cause it's gourmet. Double hamburgers get you the best value as far as I know, but I only go every so often so I might be missing a steal somewhere. I'm not lovin' it, but it's better than having tummy rumblies all day.
Came thur the drive through about 6:30pm on 12/28/21 ordered a fish sandwich and 10 piece nuggets. Got home the nuggets are raw and the fish sandwich tasted like it has been under a heat lamp for 3 hours. And I call back and to my surprise nobody answers never coming to this location anymore. Just trashy employees that don’t care. And if the manager cared he or she would be available to answer calls. Not it just buzzing in your ear like you just sent a fax off. But I’m going to complain to corporate because they need to fire everyone including the managers to get it back on track. Actually when I was picking up my food I saw 1 girl talking on a cell phone. Wow! Gotta start with standards if you want good employees
