2nd Martin's that we've been to... the food is good. The restaurant however, IS DISGUSTING!!! Grease, flies, microwave needs thrown away!, not one clean table, food being touched after cellphone being touched...dust everywhere, VERY DISAPPOINTINGNOT one surface in the whole building is clean. The owners truly need to revamp the WHOLE place....ALL locations.So many people enjoy the food. So why not strive for better?And if customers went inside more often than just going to drive thru, I'm sure this place would have 2 stars or less.Got really offended when we asked for a refund? As if we were not seeing the things we were? Just do better

I went to the martin's in Carrollton I ordered a chili cheese dog a chicken sandwiche pork tenderloin biscuit and a sausage biscuit pull up to the window and I handed them my card and I witness this worker woman in a blue shirt pull my weenie out with her bare hands no glove and toss in a bun and throws it in the microwave and man handles my ween again with her bare hands no gloves i ask if she just grabbed my dog with her bare hand and toss it in a microwave and got no response im not happy my dog was grabbed bare handed this is the true definition on no glove no love dont man handle my chili weener with your bare hands and then my biscuits are so dry they are crumbs and falling apart it's not pleasant how in hail am I going to mustard my biscuit with it in crumbs first my ween is bare handedly man handled now my biscuit is having to be eaten open faced in crumbs

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! asked for toasted chilli dogs add ketchup. wasn't toasted and no ketchup. was so soggy couldn't even pick them up, the bun fell apart. martins used to be great. now they just don't seem to care! was going to in but doors was locked and counter was piled high with boxes and supplies.

Husband went and got me a bacon platter with a side order of grits. Wow. Just wow. The smell of scorched eggs before I even opened the styrofoam container about made me throw up. The eggs looked like it had bacon scrambled in with the eggs…nope…just scorched eggs. As for the side order of grits, when did yall begin serving side orders of grits in condiment containers? Half of the container was butter. I would love to include photos but apparently y’all dont want any proof shown on your page. Nope I didnt call to complain because this isnt the first time I’ve gotten bad food from this location and besides who can afford to waste gas taking it back. Martins yall can do better than this! Crappie food + higher prices + smaller portions= NOT GOING BACK!

Didn't get all of my order. Couldn't go in to get it fixed and I definitely didn't want to wait in the drive thru again. Drive thru was way to slow for a restaurant that has the dining room closed

Fluffiest dang biscuit I have ever eaten. I got the tenderloin, chef's kisses! Husband got the sausage and said it was good too. Definitely recommend.

I would give this place a -100% if I could. The racist that works there should not be able to serve people. She treated me with such disrespect, she had to have been a racist. I would not VISIT THAT PLACE EVER AGAIN!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE HER NAME IS ALICA MORRIS, at least that is what she told me!! ANYWAYS IF MANAGEMENT HAPPENS TO SEE THIS SHE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE TRAINED ON HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS NO MATTER IF THEY LOOK LIKE HER SKIN TONE OR NOT.AND TO YOU ALICA MORRIS YOU WERE VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO ME AND LEARN SOME RESPECT TOWARD PEOPLE AND YOUR LIFE WILL BE BETTER FOR IT!!!

Sign outside said dining room open. It is not and it's really hard to feed a handicapped person in the car. All he wanted was Martin's for a change. He didn't get it because of no inside dining. Food is great when you can get it. Just hate be lied to. That's the reason for the 1 star.

Sausage was good and biscuits were delicious! Need to try more items on the menu. I will be back.

We went to Martin’s this morning for breakfast. Ordered hash-browns with our food. Came home to eat. The hash-browns taste like they have chemicals in it.. We called the store to let the manager know for the safety of everyone. She said, “no body cleans in that area, do you want new hash browns?” I understand that fast food restaurants have a lot to deal with but you are talking about the health and well being of your customers. She wasn’t even trying to verify that the hash browns didn’t have anything wrong. She was not professional. She did not care. I pray that everyone that ate Martin’s in Carrollton this morning doesn’t get deathly sick. We are going to follow up with the corporate office. Hopefully this manager gets replaced and they have cameras to see how something like this could happen.
