Ordered Pepperoni Magnifico from the "SandHill" Marcos! While waiting I set the table and took my insulin bolus (I am diabetic and decided to cheat)! When I arrived 15 minutes after placing my order it was hot and ready! I was so disappointed to open the cover to find maybe 1/3 of the pepperoni that was in the picture on the front door!Moral of the story, stay away from Marcos or get ready to eat peanut butter and jelly sandwich for dinner!
They delivered my pizza to the wrong house and upon calling them about it, said they'd send a new one within 30-40 minutes. I called at the hour mark and was ensured it was on the way. I called at the hour and a half mark and cancelled the order. The manager, whose name I couldn't understand when she answered, was very rude and hung up on me.
Love marcos. Love love love them. I pay more for a better pizza. Didn't get the marinara I asked for. Please...delivery drivers and marcos employees..include the extras. Please don't forget. I know it sucks to be at work but my order was easy and direct and I tipped more than the suggested rate. If I can understand what it's like to be at work, can yall understand the frustration of not getting all that you ordered? Especially when you pay more and tip more. (I normally tip $5)
Guaranteed to mess up your order if you give any special instructions. They didn't do anything to compensate me for the inconvenience of waiting while the remade the pizza. My other pizza got cold while waiting for them to cook the one they messed up. But when they get it right, the pizza is delicious. My husband insists that he will only eat Marco's, so we're going to drive a bit farther to a different Marco's restaurant from now on. I just hope they can get my order correct...
This Marcos is hands down one of the best I’ve ever been to. Customer service was perfect, the food was delicious while eating one of the employees started doing the whip nae nae and laughing about how “stoned “ they were which made this experience 10x better would highly recommend to anyone.
We’ve been waiting for two hours on our order. Got put on hold for 25 minutes then they hung up. We’ve ordered from this location hundreds of times since this location opened. Absolutely unacceptable. Maybe we’ll get our pizza that we’ve already been charged for between now and next year. Management needs to step up and clean house.
We pulled into the parking lot to hear the workers outside the store all laughing about how “stoned” they were while driving. So we go inside and hear the gm laughing about it saying yeah me to. We didnt even finish waiting to order. We just left and went elsewhere.
Order, chicken wings.open up the wings wrap in aluminum foil,full of oil.had to go home and boil them to get the oil out.neverAGAIN!
The GM was in the back to worried about talking and cutting up while we waited to order and when she finally came forward half the employees emerged from the back of the store without masks on. We asked if they were supposed to wear them and she said yes. But did not enforce them whatsoever. This is a huge problem. Neither I nor anyone i know will come back with that kind of negligence. She seemed far to concerned with talking and joking with the staff instead of working like she was there to be paid to talk to staff and not work.
The gm wanted to talk to her drivers standing around knowing she had people waiting to order. People were making orders and her and the drivers were standing there talking about inappropriate topics on the clock infront of the customers.
