The best breakfast in town.

Not sure how this place gets any good reviews, the food is absolutely disgusting, took us about 30 minutes to get our food while not many people were seated. The staff was very friendly. Honestly some of the worst breakfast I have ever had.

Food was bad! French toast was cooked so hard and tough all the syrup in the world couldn't help it. Grits was lumpy and lukewarm. Also felt very rushed arriving at 11 and they close at 12 but locked the door and turned off open sign around 11:20ish. Very disappointed.

Great food. Friendly, attentive staff. Would eat here again. Southern food at its finest. I had fried chicken, fried okra, fried green tomatoes and coffee with self serve half'n'half. Just automatic, like they knew I would prefer alot of cream in my coffee, I do. ? 2 different hot sauces on the table for my chicken too. And dessert was included with the meal, coconut pudding. It was a little thick but tasty.

Immaculate service and breakfast food, their hash browns were perfectly crispy.

Great Food & Service! We will be back!

Great southern cooking. Locals love this restaurant and it is a social hub for many. I commend this restaurant for closing this week since one of the servers came down with the virus. This shows the concern and care the owner shows for the patrons and that is stellar!

This restaurant is nothing short of outstanding! The staff is always sweet and kind. The food is always cooked to perfection.I always ask for my breakfast a certain way. Eggs cooked scrambled light, bacon and hash browns crispy. Today I had that, a wonderful biscuit, side of gravy that I added extra. All this for just over $8 and cooked exactly as I asked!I met the owner came today who’s been running her restaurant for (I think) 24 or 26 years. It doesn’t get any better than the Maple Street diner for breakfast or lunch.

The food is standard. Canned vegetables. Think of a middle school lunch. Tiny portions on the entree and the sides. The dessert isn't big enough for a 2 year old. Sorry, not worth 8 or 9 bucks. Nice folks, though.

The hamburger steak was like a frozen patty. The catfish was bland, the tuna tasted canned. The gravy wasn't very good at all, and the collards were a sugary mess. This place used to serve delicious food, but now? I'd never go there again.
