Family went last night had a great meal and service was great too. It was though there wasn't any virus. Only the help wore those diapers around face.Went today for lunch 4/30/2022......Great lunch, great service. Remera Melendes was our waiter, he was great. We had him once before, very helpful and polite. He made us feel he loved his job and went out of his way to wait on my wife and I. Need more like him in the establishment.
The food was very good however; the server omitted several requests (that were menu options). He brought an incorrect cut of steak (How do you get a ribeye from ordering a porterhouse?) and although he showed up at appropriate times and seemed pleasant enough, we felt he absolutely dropped the ball. The appetizer was forgotten, the lemon sauce and tomato sauce from the main course was totally omitted, mushrooms were ordered and billed but never received and he never actually apologized, for any oversights.... Also, although the used dinnerware (to include bread and appetizer plates) were stacked in a tidy manner and positioned at the edge of table before the main course was received, nothing was removed until the bill was paid and we were waiting for a bag for leftovers and we even had to request that. My dinner partner was very disappointed with the dinner and dining experience as expectations were not met.
I ordered stuffed mushrooms, Tonion and a Cesar Salad. The mushrooms were delicious. The Tonion was a little too salty. I didn't eat the salad. Honestly, it didn't look good so I didn't eat it. Most of the workers were friendly with the exception of one. They were quick with seating us and the food. Overall, it was a good experience.
Wait time is always less than they say for my experience. The service and food is always great. If anything is not cooked right, they always make it right and usually remove without asking. Everyone is always friendly.
Had a nice lunch with the husband. I had the fire cracker shrimp which was very good and a salad. The husband's burger was cooked perfectly. Would have been outstanding if his bun had not been rock hard. Fries were seasoned well and the 7 grain bread brought out before the meal was ofc delicious. Our waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. Maybe I can get the husband to go back again. He normally doesn't like a chain steak house unless it's TRH. Lol
I love our Longhorn. Evidently though Wednesday nights are not good. Usually eat there on the weekend. Thought Wednesday would not be crowded and I was right. Unfortunately our food was left under the lights too long. My medium steak came out medium well, closer to well done in spots, and dry as a bone. Do not think Ill go back on a Wednesday again.
The service was perfect , but the food was not so good . The mash potatoes was the best . The steak on the other hand ? Very bland . Very little seasoning and if it had any at all , it wasn’t marinated . Sweet Tea was not sweet at all . I had very high expectations but was quickly let down
Food has severely gone downhill. Manager is unprofessional and rude. Compared my feedback to a Walmart customer, also disrespectful as I worked forWalmart for 21 years. So, can't expect good results when the leadership is insincere and unaccountable for professionalism. Uncouth approach leads to subpar expectations. Tipped our bartender well. Can't imagine working for such a poor leader. Employees leave their leaders not their jobs. We should all help the Longhorn employees find different jobs!

Food was delicious and our waitress was a gem! This was a business lunch and they made it extra special for our group of 5.
