If I could give this place one star I would in a heartbeat. I needed pizza on my way to a get together so I ordered online through this store. The receipt said that it would be done by 1045 (they open supposedly at 1030). When I arrived at the restaurant at 11 the door was locked and no one was inside. I understand people are too sorry to work but you can at least make it where people cannot order online. I have called multiple times to get a refund and never got through. I called corporate and they are supposed to help me. I ended up spending double what I paid for Little Ceasars for Papa Johns so I better get my money back. I will NEVER be giving this chair of stores my money again. Ridiculous!
I ordered online tonight at 6:40. Both pizzas were part of the "hot and ready" but I ordered in advance due to a T-Mobile Tuesday discount code. Pick up time was 7:20-7:25. When I got into the drive thru line at 7:25, the pizza was not only unready - they hadn't even begun the order yet. "It just popped up on the screen."It apparently does not matter if you order in advance, on the app, or on the website - the pickup time they give is meaningless. If it wasn't cheap, I don't think this place would stay in business.
Hot-and-Ready? Not even close. A better tagline would be "Lukewarm-and-Late." Ordered via the app, showed up at the requested time, and they hadn't even started the order. Was told someone would bring it out to my car and sat there another 15 minutes. Eventually had to go into the store and discovered it had been sitting there and nobody wanted to bring it outside.

Dont spend your money here. They have the worst service. Not an issue with little ceasars just this one location. Close this store

This place is a hot mess!!!This will be the absolute last time I will ever go to little Caesars. It's dirty and employees ignore you. Their is always a 30 minute wait for supposedly hot and READY pizza. Where is management!!!
A 3” crust, toppings just thrown on, with a price increase? Not worth the $5.55 at all.
Employees would not answer the door for delivery drivers, even though sign on door said lobby was for delivery drivers only.
Never received my order. I ordered delivery online and after no less than 6 drivers were unable to pickup my order, due to either it not being ready or nobody answering the door/counter, it was automatically cancelled after 1hr. This is the 2nd time I have tried to order from this store and never received my order.The one star is only due to the fact there is not a ‘no star’.For 3 years now I have ordered LC pizza 2-3 times a week in Alpharetta and it is perfectly prepared and ontime every time. The app works very well and J have utilized both pickup and delivery options without issue elsewhere which makes me feel this is a limited problem with this one store.
