The people working there were friendly and service was good, but the owners must have tons of friends willing to do 5 star reviews, because the food was mediocre at best. We would put it on par with Sonic or Steak and Shake on a good day. Atmosphere is almost non-existent and we were the only ones there for lunch on a Friday at 12:30pm. We opted for just a burger because everything else seemed over priced. So did they really get 4.9 stars? Go ahead and try it and then at least they will have two honest reviews.
Today my wife and I went to Kristi's for the 1st time which happened to be my wife's birthday. We drove over from Alabama and it WAS worth the trip. I had the Boss Burger well done. Yes it was perfectly done. Good thing I was hungry because there was plenty of hamburger and cheese and bacon. My wife had the Slider Sampler and we both enjoyed that. Don't worry I did offer up a few bites of the Boss Burger lol. All of the staff is warm, inviting, full of humor and makes you feel like you're there with family. Thank you all so much. We will be back.
Always enjoy trying mom and pop restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pork was delicious. The burger meat was tasty. The BBQ sauce was yummy. Potato salad was interesting and enjoyable.I had the high falutin hamburger steak. The meat was cooked nicely. My only complaint was the sautéed oinions and mushrooms. They tasted steamed, not sautéed. Left a lot to desire with the plate I ordered. I will be back to try other menu items.
First time going here for lunch and the food was delicious. We ordered the potato wedges as an appetizer and the seasoning was addicting. Pulled pork & chicken was cooked perfectly & the sandwiches are more than enough to fill you up. Will be back 100%. Not to mention there was only one lady working the whole place and we were still in-out in less than an hour.
We had the best time here ! They have the best food and then best service, they’re some of the sweetest people we have ever met ❤️ Thank you for such a great time !

Great food! Best fries I've ever tasted! The price is unbelievable! Where else can you get a sandwich packed with excellent pulled meat, sauce, lots of fries, and another side all for $12 on 2022?! I drive hour and a half to eat here!
We was doing laundry next door and thats how we found this place. Inside is decorated so cute! Love the color scheme. Very clean! Our waitress was awesome! Food was beyond amazing. We got the fries with pulled pork ranch and BBQ sauce. I never had fries that good in my life! Hot dog was very tasty! Only complaint I don't like shredded cheese on it I like it saucy. They was out of Mac n cheese but it was 715 when we arrived and they closed at 8 so I wasn't mad. I will be back again soon! Well done girls!!!
My wife and I came in on a whim; we were downtown Carrolton on business and we had been craving barbecue and kept smelling BBQ as we walked around the squares. I finally Google mapped BBQ in the area and Kristi's showed up. They have good reviews and were only a couple blocks away.Came inside, it's a small diner style joint, very clean. We were greeted immediately by the 2 owners, both wonderful ladies.I ordered the Krazy Kristi's sandwich which is a chicken on brioche with fries and a side. I opted for the potato salad and coleslaw for my sides. The chicken is great just by itself, tender and tasty and you get alot of meat. The brioche bun was fresh, the coleslaw is creamy and perfect for BBQ, the potato salad is like a Carolina blend, has great flavor, with cheese and bacon on top is great (I usually only prefer a mustard based potato salad so for me to like this was rare!).My wife order the Pig-out Sandwich, pulled pork on brioche, the pork is tendered and very nicely seasoned. For her sides she had mac'n'cheese and green beans, the beans were STOOPID good!Prices were excellent especially for the amount and quality of great food.Parking is good. Service is great. Food is wonderful.Highly recommend and will definitely return.
Fantastic meal & service. Between 5 of us, we got a combination of menu items. My kiddos were very pleased with their selections of burgers and hot dog and loved the complimentary boiled peanuts.My 12 yr old says “The fries are the bomb.com”Thank you for a great night with great food.
