I’m from out of town and my father in law loves this place, however my experience was different. My husband and I ordered boneless wings and a chicken tenders basket, the fries were scorching hot and the chicken was maybe room temp. They attempted a second time to correct our food order and it came out exactly the same. Chicken should never come out colder than fries. Awful experience, awful service. Next visit to Carrollton won’t include a trip to Jefferson’s. This is the reason people get food poisoning when they go out to eat!

Came in after my daughter's high school graduation. They were under staffed, but they made it work. They weren't expecting all the graduation traffic and did a great job of accommodating all the large parties, even after their closing time. Food was excellent, this was my first time and I will be back. Service was slow, but was expected due to all the large parties and the under staffing.
Service is good...hamburgers are good chicken wings sauce has seemed to have been changed...took the grouper off menu....sorry to see that go....it was good...fried pollock fish now has absolutely no taste to it at all and cocktail sauce and marinara sauce both taste the same...main ingredient is the same restaurant ketchup that is on the tables!!! I'm not impressed...ate 1 fish bite and will take the rest home for my dog and cats...if they will eat it!!!
My family & friends came here after a long day of riding side by sides. Becky was absolutely amazing & her service was perfect. Becky made sure we had everything we ordered & then some. She was fun & outgoing. We had a crew of 14 so she was busy.The food was delicious & the atmosphere was great. Definitely kid friendly. We can’t wait to come back!Becky is highly recommended!
I’m a little disappointed. The food is great, but it takes way too long for pickup or to-go orders. I placed an order over the phone at 12, got there at 12:30, and didn’t have food in hand until 1… why tell people 30 minutes if it’s going to be an hour? Not to mention the food wasn’t even hot by the time I got five minutes down the road to my destination..
The service is exemplary and the food is well prepared as well as nicely presented ! We were offered beverages to go also! Our server was attentive to our beverage consumption. We were quite pleased with our salads and our service here!
It's a very clean and Friendly atmosphere! The Food is Great! The waitresses are very Friendly and Helpful, always asking if we needed anything!
Definitely needs some improvement. Im not going to be rude but I am going to bring the facts to you. First of all look at the health score behind the bar. I believe it said 86. I didn't realize the score until this last order. When we ordered our food we asked for a basket of tater tots and received fries. Then we ordered extra ranch and it was two half filled containers equaling 1 single ranch? This kind of stuff has been happening the past few months with no resolve. Also just so you know reviews have been turned off for their facebook page. Probably not a good sign. Hopefully things will change soon.
